Not a fan of tropical punch but I actually liked this because it reminds me of the kids Flintstones Vitamins! Taste is good and I did get a great boost of energy. Only suggestion is the packaging, maybe increase the add to water font bigger so customers know it's a drink supplement... it'll get lost in the millions of other supplements on the shelves.

This 4D premium energy powder was a great find. The powder mixes easily - it says to mix with 16-24 ounces of water. I mix it with 24 ounces and it is still very flavorful. I usually drink half in the morning when I start to feel tired and then the rest in the afternoon and it does give me the energy boost that I need. I wear a glucose monitor and a big bonus is that it does not have any calories or sugar so does not spike my glucose.

The first day I noticed that I had a little more energy but each day after I was able to wake up earlier and even able to work out before work. I love that I don’t get the shakes or have a major crash with this which I typically get with any other similar products. My skin also seems to be clearing up some. I lost another pound this week so it seems to also be helping on my weight loss journey. I can’t rave enough about this wonderful product!!

This has a great taste and dissolved easily in water. I used my PC stirrer to mix this with water and had great success. To me it had a stronger taste than I like so I just added more water to my mix with success. I was having a lazy day before drinking this and I will say I was motivated to get some things done after. I’ll need to drink more to ensure it wasn’t a one time event!

I typically had it in the morning when I started work at 8am on the days I didn't want to have coffee. I loved that it didn't have a strong color and wasn't very sweet. I could definitely smell the vitamins and amino that kinda bothered me a little. Over all I did get energy from drinking it and didn't feel a crash later in the day.

I love the box design and the amount of packets in the box. The packets were easy to open and poured nicely without making a mess. I used the max water noted on the box-24 oz as I don’t like it too sweet. It’s definitely important to shake well. I gave it 4 stars because it had a little bit of a vitamin after taste. It is extremely healthy as I was able to give to my type 2 diabetic husband. My teenage sons loved them too. Overall, I would buy them for my family to drink.

4D is an easy way to get a refreshing boost of energy before a workout or labor intensive activity. The powder mixes well in water and does not have a gritty texture like similar products can have. The tropical punch flavor is nice and the strength can be adjusted with the amount of water used for those who like it stronger or calmer.

The taste of the product is good. It tastes exactly like fruit punch. I like that it has caffeine, minerals and vitamins. To ensure I’m getting all my needed nutrients. I think it would be nice if they could offer a caffeine free version for those who cannot consume caffeine. It would also be nice to see a variety of different flavors.

I found this product through Sam’s Club and was previously unaware of the brand. I’ve taken nutritional supplements for over 20 years now so I’m pretty cautious when trying new products. After reading carefully through the ingredients I decided to give this a try and although it was effective it I didn’t particularly enjoy the taste. When I used it as a pre-workout drink I definitely felt an increase in energy without the jitters which was great and there was no crash afterwards. I also took it as a general energy booster by drinking it slowly throughout the morning over a few hours and the effects were pretty mild but still noticeable. The individually wrapped packets were really convenient as I didn’t have to measure anything and it pours easily into any water container. What I didn’t really enjoy however is the taste/flavor. I ordered the fruit punch flavor which is the most common flavor amongst most brands, however by comparison this wasn’t the best by far. Overall the product is most effective when taken as suggested on the package, however if taste is important you might find better options out there. It also claims to have additional health benefits beyond an energy boost but I haven’t taken it long enough to speak to that.
