This energy drink mix was really good. The flavor was amazing and it helped me focus. I just said on the box and help me with focus endurance immune, boosting, skin health don’t care and electrolytes. It really did help me help me focus on an amount of things as well as endurance, as well as endurance. I drank it during my Pickleball match with friends, and it really helped me doing that. I wouldn’t say this is an advantage, but it helped a lot.

Pretty decent as far as drink mixes go, although Tropical Punch flavor is kind of worn out. Personally, I prefer liquid drink mixes so as to not have to dissolve the powder and risk it clumping up. Hard to beat that it’s sugar free and provides a a good mixture of vitamins and only 150mg caffeine per packet (not too much, not too little)

I was looking forward to this product but unfortunately It didn’t sit well with my stomach and I didn’t feel great after using it. I tried a few times but it just wasn’t for me. It has great ingredients and I was really hoping my stomach could tolerate it.

I tried 4D and believe it can be an excellent product. It is delicious, mixes well with WARM water, and the packaging passed my personal test. I grabbed 2 packets, put them in my pocket, and ran a few miles. The packaging did not fall apart; however, I put a few packets in my pocket for the day to use at the end of the day. Although the packaging stayed together, there was noticeable wear and a partial tear of one packet. Again, this is completely anecdotal but for me, it is important that the packets stay put. I do not buy another product for poor packaging. Overall, this product did not appear to spike my blood-sugar level so I was happy and enjoyed the product!

This product works like any other powder pack drink additive. Tear package and pour into your water bottle. Overall the flavor was pretty good. I’m not a nutritionist so I’m not going to tell you about how beneficial all the extra nutrients in the pack are. Some of the daily nutritional percentages are ridiculously high. I have used these for a week now and don’t have anything negative to say about it.

I like the 4D drink powder. I have been drinking it mid afternoon for a little pick me up. We have the fruit punch. The flavor could be a little stronger in my opinion but my husband loves the flavor as is. I love the packaging as it is convenient and easy to open unlike a few other brands I have tried. I like how they labeled the allergens soo we easily who in the family can drink it or not drink it. I do not feel shaky after drinking it like I have other similar products. I have not noticed any changes in my skin health but it might be to soon to tell for that. Overall I would purchase it again. I would also recommend it to others.

These taste really good and are so easy to mix with water. They come in small portable packs that I can have with me and even take on the go. I keep them in my lunch pale, purse, and car. Easy to mix with a water bottle or a reuseable cup. They have a lot of good vitamins and electrolytes in them.

I found this product and I was so excited because my kids love those unhealthy Energy drinks. So I was excited thinking this would be a great alternative. The ingredients are fantastic the packaging is super convenient. But unfortunately so far it has not replaced the super sugary terrible for you energy drinks. But I definitely think it’s worth giving it a try it’s way healthier

This has a great taste and dissolved easily in water. I used my PC stirrer to mix this with water and had great success. To me it had a stronger taste than I like so I just added more water to my mix with success. I was having a lazy day before drinking this and I will say I was motivated to get some things done after. I’ll need to drink more to ensure it wasn’t a one time event!

I mixed up the 4D Premium powder with both 16 and 24 ounces of water. Both concentrations were easy to drink, but I preferred the milder 24 ounce version. There was more of a sensation of sweetness than flavor. It is fine as a drink to boost nutrients, but not something that I would crave.
