Pretty good after exercise drink. Good flavor, good components overall. Still does have a slight Sports drink taste, but well worth it, better than Gatorade, with amino acids and essential building blocks for muscle recovery, and general recovery after exercise or weightlifting.

There are a lot of pre-workout and energy drinks out there, and this one is one of the better ones. I like that it has caffeine and all the vitamins make it more healthy. I like to drink them in the morning right after breakfast to jump start my day.

Love that this is a smaller company right here in the United States! Product comes in the industry standard skinny tube packets which easily tear open so they can be dumped into a bottle of water. Unlike some other products of this type, 4D doesn’t leave an aftertaste so for that alone I’d buy this product!!

came across 4D clean energy last week and decided to pay a little more for it this light refreshing drink. I typically do not get these type of drinks and I am a fan so far. So much so that I have already purchased a second box. One for my lunch box and one for the pantry. I work long night hours and am finishing my basement and never have enough energy for everything.

Drank this first thing in the morning. Gave me just as much energy as my usual coffee if not more. It’s gluten, dairy, soy, and gmo free plus is keto friendly and has zero calories! Loaded with vitamins and nutrients. What’s not to love! I would recommend mixing it with 24oz of water if you don’t like it sweet, 16 oz of water was too sweet for my liking. Great supplement drink!

I was very surprised by the taste of 4D. It was refreshing and a little sweeter than I was anticipating. The flavor is really good and it helps give you an extra boost before a workout or just for an afternoon pick me up! Since it comes in individual sticks you can always grab and go just put in a water bottle and shake. I would highly recommend this product.

I normally like the stuff that gives energy but I wasn’t crazy about this one. This one was a little thicker than I would’ve liked it to be. I understand why it is a thicker consistency but I am not a fan. I only drank 1 packet but plan to try another to see if I change my mind. The taste of the fruit punch was delicious and the packaging of the product would make me want to buy it. I thought the sticker was pretty cool too.

I thought this was ok, but let me say, I'm not a supplements drinker, not drinks or pills. I thought it was pretty sweet and potent. It did give me some pre-workout energy though and I felt good not jittery. I would recommend if you are looking for some energy without feeling weird and there was no crash either so that was good.

this 4D packets taste delicious, the flavor with 16.9 oz water is stronger, but with a little more water it made it just right, my type of work, letter carrier, I have to stay hydrated & this 4D packets delivers, with extra vitamins, it gets me thru the day, wondering if there are more flavors

Positive things are it really works! I will drink one in the afternoon and it seems to help the need to nap that I would sometimes get and get more accomplished in the evening. My son will drink one before a workout and swears he gets a burst of energy for a better workout.
