4D Clean energy does what it says. The only drawback is that it is sweeter than my mother's sweet tea. That said, I have had a pack before golfing and found my focus enhanced and I get an energy bounce if I have one with my lunch It mixes with water very well. I don't find the crusty after taste you get with some other powders.

The 4D mix was surprisingly flavorful for health drink with so many benefits. I tried the fruit punch flavor and it was delicious. I was impressed with all the benefits including joint and skin care. I appreciate that it is zero calories too. It is nice to have a boost before I work out because it is easy to make excuses to skip working because I do not have the energy. The only negative is that it may be a little pricey per serving.

Drink4D is amazing. I have been drinking these everyday for 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier. Does it give you energy? YES! Does it help with focus and endurance? YES YES! And there is more. Skin health, immune boost, joint care to name a few. There is a little bit of a taste to this one, but its not unbearable. Tropical punch Love it!

Great alternative to constantly picking up energy drinks on the go. Drinking one in the morning to get the day started or even before the gym is the routine I see these will work best for. Doesn’t taste to artificial but still has a bit of that after taste in your mouth. The added vitamins, electrolytes and other benefits definitely make this a great energy source!

This drink was surprisingly tasty. A lot of energy drinks have a strange aftertaste, but this one really has a fruit punch flavor with almost imperceptible after taste. However, the benefit of this drink is the amount of energy you get. It is not just a subtle change in energy level. After I took it the first time, I noticed I was more focused, and engaged in conversations more at an event I attended. The other times I took the product, I was tired and ready for a nap. About 30 minutes after drinking the product, I forgot I had been tired. I've also taken the product about an hour before working out, on days when I'm feeling low on energy. It not only did I get a boost of energy, but it makes me get through a jog without tiring out. A friend of mine asked if you caused a crash as it's wearing out, i.e. feeling tired as it's wearing off. It does not. I've liked the results of it so much that I already purchased a second box. I searched all the ingredients I didn't recognize online, and it all seems safe. I recognized almost everything on the list, so it's better than a lot of other products in that aspect.

If you are looking for a mix to give you energy then look no further! This drink mix gave me more energy than any coffee or energy drink I’ve ever had. The drink mixes well with water and seems to fully dissolve. The taste is sweet which is nice. I love that it doesn’t leave a chalky feeling in my mouth or have any bad aftertaste.

This tastes like cool aide. There is no artificial flavor at all. At best this is like a Starbucks açaí drink or lemonade type of refreshing drink. It does not taste like a mix of a beverage. I can’t say yet about how it makes me feel but it tastes great

After trying 4D my energy level has increased tremendously. I feel more rested and better able to tackle everyday chores. It had gotten were I could not do a lot around the house. Now I have the energy to complete more tasks and I don’t feel run down. Go 4D

The product did seem to give me more energy and feel refreshed from the electrolytes…..takes a bit of stirring for it to truly dissolve in a cup, but dissolves quicker and easier if you do it in like a blender bottle or some sort of shaker cup. My main issue is the taste….it is a strong tropical punch flavor, but there’s something very artificial about the flavor. Will probably use the remainder of what is in the box since it’s nice to be to able to take it easily on the go, but wouldn’t purchase it again on my own choosing.
