I use it before heading to the gym. Mixed with a 16 ounce bottle of water. Has a good flavor with a slight after taste. It didn’t make me feel gittery. I am diabetic so I like that it is sugar free. I also like that it has zero calories.

The flavor was ok had a little bit of an after taste with the first sip but not that bad . I drank it before I went to work out and it felt like it gave me a bit of energy while at the gym . Filled me up as well .

4D is a great tasting pre-workout. I use it before tennis, baking and weight lifting. It provides sustained energy in the heat and king matches without making me jittery like some other pre-workouts can do.

This product is WAY too sweet. Might as well be drinking pure sugar. The instructions called for mixing with 16 oz of water, we used 32 oz and it was still very sweet. I don't notice that it provided any additional energy.

Product has good flavor. Clean ingredients and energy. I have a high tolerance/dependence for energy ingredients so needed 2 through the day to keep me going. Felt good throughout the day. Overall good product. I would continue purchasing.

Tastes great easy to make seems to help with energy. I have been trying to give up coffee so I tried this. After some time I did notice I had more energy even without my usual coffee! I would definitely recommend trying this.

Okay you get 25 of these in one box. They are such a high grade you can use half in a 16 ounce bottle of water. But my favorite is to mix this with Sam's Nu-Therapy Beets. You drink this with severe fatigue issues and almost immediately you feel this go through your blood stream to melt away the fatigue. No kidding!
