This drink provides health benefits as well as an energy boost without sugar or other unnecessary additives. The fruit punch flavor was pleasant and I didn’t taste the “salty electrolytes” like I sometimes can in these products. The drink definitely gave me a boost of energy. Unfortunately, with 150mgs of caffeine, I did experience a slight crash in energy after the boost. My personal preference is a more natural energy boost. I would give 5 stars for all of the benefits if the caffeine amount was lower. I do love all of the vitamins I’m getting from one drink. I’m excited to see how my body responds long term with the product.

4D Tropical Punch packets are great for pre- workout or even as a healthier option that sugar packed coffee and energy drinks. It is packed with Amino’s, Vitamins, and Energy… it even has 150mgs of caffeine per packet. It is 1 packet for 16 -24 oz, I like a lighter taste so 24 oz was perfect for me. To me it was more of a tropical fruit punch flavor. really good!!

I like the flavor of this product. However, I have had some gastrointestinal issues after using this product. First few times I drank on empty stomach and some had nausea/vomiting. I tried with food and still had nausea issues throughout the day which is not usual for me

To be clear I don't have any complaints about the qualities of the product. As a fruit drink it actually has a pretty pleasant flavor! When mixed with water it dissolves really well and doesn't have any of that unpleasant gritty taste that some powdered drink mixes display. That said I am just not sure there is much utility of a zero calorie vitamin water for me, especially as a pre-workout drink. I am really not sure how it will promote either energy or endurance as suggested by the box. Honestly as a pre or post-workout drink I really don't mind a little carbohydrate and protein for those purposes. I have nothing against vitamins., I take a daily one myself, it is just easy enough to do that as a vitamin pill (with much higher concentrations of each) without needing to make a drink.

I got this 4D for my 18 -21 year old workout fanatics in the family. One kid loved the taste and did notice a boost in his energy. He also said he felt it made a difference with feeling more hydrated. My picky one wasn't as thrilled with the flavor but also felt more hydrated than just a bottle of water.

This is a great pre or post workout. This drink poweder mixes really smoothly and does not have the chalky texture some other drink mixes have. It provides a good boost of energy without the crash after. The fruit punch flavor is very nice, it is not overly sweet or strong.

I was not expecting this stuff to be as good as it was. Normally when I take supplements like this my heart races and I just feel weird. This product was clean and made my workouts much more productive without the jitters that sometimes comes with products like this. I give it two thumbs up and would definitely buy these packets again.

I was excited to try this product since I generally drink an energy drink daily and prefer some flavoring in my water. 4D Clean Energy is not overly laden with dyes, I definitely liked that! The flavor is good, but too sweet for me. I have a 40 oz water tumbler and a full packet was too much for a full "glass", too sweet to drink. If a full packet was used in a 16oz water bottle it would be way too sweet and strong for me.

This energy/hydration drink is awesome. It has great flavor and definitely keeps you hydrated. I used it during tennis matches in the heat of the summer and it helps alot with all the liquid I am losing in the hot summer months. It is also good for a time when you feel like you need an extra boost of energy throughout the day. It is nice also that is has no sugar or calories. The packaging is very convenient, as I can take the packets on the road and mix with my water.

Love this drink. I have one everyday, I love all of the vitamins that are in. Plus it gives me that afternoon boost of energy that I need, with out the jittery feeling. And the clarity boost is an added bonus. Will definitely continue this drink as a daily routine
