I wanted to have my husband try the product because he likes flavored water. The extra benefits it provides makes it even better. He tried it and liked it so he keeps them in his desk at work to add to his water. He said that it’s tasty for a energy drink and helps him to drink water instead of pop!

Overall this is one of the best pre-workout supplements I have tried. Packaging: came in a box. Looks nice and was wrapped securely in cellophane. Inside is individual servings- not resealable (sometimes I use half). Taste: it’s not bad but it does taste like chemicals- which it is, so don’t expect it to taste delicious. But overall there’s not too much of an aftertaste and is relatively pleasant. Feel: this is an effective energy boost and I feel it is also effective as a supplement to building muscle and general health. It does give a buzz without much of a crash, which is really nice. Best part is it doesn’t give me the shakes even when I take a whole serving. Have started taking this on non workout days as well in lieu of coffee. Also doesn’t give me reflux or any tummy discomfort. Overall: Would purchase on the regular. Everything about this product is fine, I like that it has pretty clean ingredients, and it is better than most energy drinks.

This is a great pre or post workout. This drink poweder mixes really smoothly and does not have the chalky texture some other drink mixes have. It provides a good boost of energy without the crash after. The fruit punch flavor is very nice, it is not overly sweet or strong.

Gave me all day clarity and energy to get my work done. It worked best with a disposable water bottle but didnt try in a shaker bottle that might be better as some of the powder didnt want to mix well at first or with ice cold water. Mixed best in room temp then pour over ice to chill it.

The first day I tried it I was a little skeptical because I read that it had caffeine in it and I am a little sensitive to some caffeine products. About a half hour after I drank it, I had a boost of energy with no side effects (jitters, etc). Today is day 2 and same thing, after drinking it I got a boost of energy. It has a good flavor too. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a little extra kick/jumpstart.

I tried the 4D Clean Energy supplement after receiving it. The flavor is good, not a medicinal like. Most of the vitamins you would expect in a multivitamin are included in this, but this also is an energy booster. Easy to mix and drink. No after taste. Good way to get BCAAs in your diet. Energy blend is proprietary but feels good. I plan to see if this helps with recovery after working out.

4D Clean Energy has been a fit for my recent lifestyle goals and changes. I have set some goals in order to lose weight and feel better. Early mornings I am off to a 5 mile fast paced walk but need something to fill my stomach and give me some energy and hold off on eating until after. It is easy to use and convenient for traveling. Just add to a bottle of water and shake a bit. Mixes nicely and tastes great. Has a sweet fruity taste but not to sweet or salty. Some packets like this are usually very salty - this is not. Will be purchasing this product.

My husband works outside most of the time and sometimes the sun or extreme temperatures make him feel tired. The first time I gave him 4D Clean Energy he told me that he noticed a big difference in his body and energy. Now he carries them every day in his lunch box, he can't go without them! He loves the taste and how convenient it is to carry them and just pour the packet into his water bottle. As a family and with an athlete son, they have worked super well for us! I recommend them without a doubt!

I just started using this 4D, and it has already helped me through a couple of tough days this week. I first tried it full strength according to the directions. Although it tasted very good, I wasn’t quite ready for the kick of caffeine and other energizing ingredients. I added more water and ice, and it was just right for me. I imagine that everyone will have their own unique ratio of water to 4D. In addition to helping with my morning workout, I felt that I could focus a bit better at work, which was really nice. As you will see in the photos it is a nice fine powder, which dissolves easily in water. I have been using a 24oz bottle of water and putting about ¾ of the 4D in and saving the rest for when I refill it. I imagine that I may start to get used to the caffeine and may end up slowly putting the whole amount in.

The 4D Energy Premium in the flavor fruit punch is a great alternative to other more costly vitamin infused beverages. The powder comes wrapped in individual packets which is nice for when your on the go. The powder mixes well with the water and the flavor is refreshing.
