Definitely helps during days when exhausted both mentally and physically. A half a sachet has been sufficient for me and makes about 10 ounces. The taste as well is great. So i would definitely recommend it.

Good flavor, though it has a similar after taste to many other sport drinks/bcaa drinks. Nothing that sets it apart Tastes better in larger quantities of water, ie 24 ounces or more. Would recommend if pricing is good.

I didn't really notice a difference in my energy level with these. The flavor is good. They come conveniently individually wrapped for on the go. Maybe if I took them more often I would feel the difference after a couple days.

Great tasting energy drink and helps give you that pip up that you need to stay healthy. Definitely recommend this if you need to have some energy to work out. It is also responsible priced. My daughter loves it while in college

What I think about the drink mix: I don't think it was bad, but not great. There's an after taste. It's better in a 20oz size bottle. I wasn't a big fan of the flavor. I think that i would like the lemon flavor. !

Simply not my forte. The product boasts clean energy along with multiple supplemental advantages but I simply can not get past the terrible taste. However, I did appreciate the conveniently on-the-go prepackaging.

Nice product with great flavors. Gives good flexibility for flavoring water and getting extra health benefits. Only negative for me is that the product contains caffeine and I have to limit my caffeine intake.

This a an easy & great tasting drink supplement powder!! I this put in my water bottle in the morning & head to whatever activity I’m doing. My kids have been using while practicing & playing sports!!

Loved the taste of this product. I did find it to be a little too sweet for my taste which i just added more water to suit for my taste. It didnt leace a funky taste or grittiness afterwards. I rather enjoyed using this product!

4D is a great tasting pre-workout. I use it before tennis, baking and weight lifting. It provides sustained energy in the heat and king matches without making me jittery like some other pre-workouts can do.
