I love the box design and the amount of packets in the box. The packets were easy to open and poured nicely without making a mess. I used the max water noted on the box-24 oz as I don’t like it too sweet. It’s definitely important to shake well. I gave it 4 stars because it had a little bit of a vitamin after taste. It is extremely healthy as I was able to give to my type 2 diabetic husband. My teenage sons loved them too. Overall, I would buy them for my family to drink.

I usually buy rockstar energy drinks, but decided to try something new that wouldn’t give me the sugar crash once it starts wearing off. These energy packets by 4D are so good. The tropical punch taste like Hawaiian punch and it gives you enough energy to get through the day without feeling like you’re going to crash later. I think it’s healthier then normal energy drinks with less side effects.

I’ve been taken the drink around 5:00 in the evening after work to give me the energy to do my workout on the elliptical. Seems to provide me with enough energy to complete my workout after a 10 hour work day. The mix dissolves fairly well in water and is a bit sweet. Definitely taste like fruit punch which makes it easy to drink. Does have a slight after taste but most powdered drinks do.

I would take one packet with me everyday while we were out. Just mix with water during a meal break and you ready to go with more energy and focus. The 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement is a quick way to get caffeine and healthy ingredients in a delicious drink. The convenient mix packets are easy to use. I like a stronger mix (16 oz of water to 1 pack). I add it to ice cold water in a shaker flask. I have not had a chance to evaluate the long-term benefits of use yet.

I usually get into a mid day slump and struggle through the second part of the day. Now I drink a bottle of water with my 4D packet around lunchtime and it helps me focus and gives me the drive to push through the afternoon. No jitters or headache. I have the tropical punch flavor and it taste pretty good. The only issue that I have is no matter how much I shake the bottle, I can not get it all to dissolve (you will see in photos). It isn’t so much that I can’t finish the bottle but it may be an issue for someone who can’t handle the grit.

4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement presents a good option for a pre-workout boost. It is packaged in handy single-serve sleeves, it dissolves well in water and it is pleasant tasting. If anything, it was a bit strong and I watered it down some to mellow-out the flavor. I used 4D prior to a few lifting/biking workouts in recent weeks and it seemed to put a bit of pep in my step and it sat well and didn't cause any stomach upset like some pre-workout supplements I've tried.

It is nice that these come in a single serve tube that makes it easy to have ready quickly. But the aftertaste is pretty bad. I tried this every day for 25 days and really didn’t see any changes that the product suggests. So I got some more but still haven’t seen any results. I was at least hoping for a little energy boost but I have not experienced that.

I have been testing this product the past two weeks while rebuilding 3/4 of a mile of barbed wire fence. I take one before I start and one after. The energy boost it gives me is noticeable and has kept me going even when the temperature was in the upper 90’s. I also take one after I am done for the day to help in my recovery. You will need to mix with 32 ounces of water as the flavor is very strong. The berry flavor is good.

Great product, comes packaged beautifully!! Tastes good, easy to make and the box comes in a nice convenient way to open it. Really does give a boost in energy and helps with pre-workout. Mix 1 full pack with 16-24 ounces of water. Best to consume 30 minutes prior to activity.
