I started taking this about a week ago. My allergies have really taken a lot of energy out of me this season. I put a packet of the Tropical Punch 4D in my bottle of water in the morning and I'm ready to take on the day. Also great tasting. Don't have to force myself to drink it

The product I received was Tropical Punch flavor. It was very tasty although you need at least 20oz of cold water. It is complete with many vitamins, Amino Acid and gives you that punch just before a workout. It is also great on a real hot day to help rebuild your dehydration.

I drank this after 7PM, don't do this, unless of course, you like being super productive and hanging out with the vampires (my oldest son) but don't expect any help from them, this stuff is good but it doesn't perform miracles. I knew better than to drink an energy drink this late but I had so much to do & I was so tired & unmotivated that I was willing to risk it. Most energy drinks will give me a boost for 30 minutes or so and then fizzle out. So not worth the 200 calories or $4 I spend on them. 4D is different... Very different. An I didn't get to sleep until 5 am different. And you know what? I wasn't upset about it at all. I got so much mundane crap done so fast I moved on to fun stuff like prepping to paint the cabinets that I've had paint for going on 6 months now. No lie. I don't know what they've done so different than all the others but this is my one and only energy booster from now on (except my morning coffee. You would have to put me in rehab before I could give that up) It is very concentrated and tastes great. I love it. It's easier to mix with a little bit of warm water first to help dissolve the crystals. It says to mix with up to 20 oz of water which I did and it's still very concentrated which I love but maybe too much for some. If you like crazy amounts of energy and motivation without feeling like you just drank 10 double Expresso's than you have got to try 4D energy. It really is that good.

Packaging is nice and easy to use. However, the initial taste of this drink and even the after taste leaves a lot to be desired. It is slightly off putting to be honest. It does get the job done though if you plan on using it for working out, I felt less sore and dehydrated compared to drinking water only.

This 4D mix has a good flavor. It took a lot of shaking to get it to mix well. Taste was good and did feel energized about 2-3 hours afterwards. Not a fan of of the sucralose that is in this mix. Stevia is great to use. Tropical punch is what I tried and it tasted great mixed with cold water.

I really haven't decided how I feel about this product but am pushed to review it. This 4D has 150 mgs of caffeine and made me somewhat jittery. However, I was able to decrease the time of my 3.5 mile daily walk, but only by 3 minutes. I am going to continue to evaluate it as time goes on. So, I am rating it as a 3 out of five because I am not sure it is an extremely valuable product.

These 4D supplement sticks shocked me! I was very skeptical at first. The other supplements that I have tried that are similar to this have tasted terrible and left a horrible after taste. This drink tasted great and did not leave an after taste. I drank this before starting on taking my Christmas decorations down, and it did not disappoint.

This product has a great flavor with no awful aftertaste. It gives me the extra energy I need to get through more strenuous workouts without that shaky caffeine feeling. I am very careful about what I put into my body and this checked all of the boxes. I plan to buy more.

I usually drink another energy drink mess but haven’t had the best experience so I decided to try something different and I am so happy I did! Not only do I see better results for myself, but the taste is so much better, no disgusting after taste. I look forward to drinking this each day and breaking my fast with this. Highly recommend for people looking for a healthier alternative to energy drinks and supplements. You will not regret it!

This is a nice little drink add in. The fruit punch flavor tastes good but is a little too sweet for me to use as suggested (mixed with 16-24oz of water). I use half the amount per the same amount of water and it works well. The powder itself has a slight carboard smell to it but once water is added it disappears and you dont taste it. I've been using it about 30 minutes prior to my workout as suggested and I haven't noticed any huge difference in energy levels though I also didn't get the jitters or anxious from it which I prefer. I love that it is dairy free, gluten free and has zero calories! Great way to add some flavor, vitamins and amino acids to your water.
