4D energy tastes great and works great. 4D gives me the boost I need to workout harder and without jitters or racing heart beat. I take it as directed before exercising and it really boosts my energy level and I now skip coffee until after I workout.

I am always looking for an alternative to high sugar, bad additive sports drinks. This product has an amazing amount of vitamins and sport specific nutrients. It is packaged well in a self contained rip top box. I didn’t it mix with the recommended amount of water, mainly because it would be too sweet. The powder mixed well with water, but would likely settle with time. I thought the flavor was good, however, my wife thought it had a little chemical smell. Regardless, a slightly imperfect smell or taste is a small sacrifice for a high quality, high nutrient Sports Drink alternative. It is also much better flavored and has a better makeup than other comparable products on the shelves.

I’ve been using this while I lift and for my workouts when cycling. Like the ingredients and taste is good too. Mixes easy with water in my bottles and gives good energy during workouts. Has caffeine which gives a good pick me up if you’re fatigued pre-workout

This is my first time trying 4D, and I have to say I fell in love with it. I tried the tropical punch flavor, and it was on point. The taste was good, and it was easy to drink. I mixed with my high alkaline water (my preference for water - not a must) and drank before I completed my daily 30 workout on my treadmill. I feel that it gave me that extra burst of energy that I would get from a carbonated energy, and 4D is so much better. Plus I absolutely love that it is sugar free.

I used this product in a 16 oz bottle of water and it was a bit too sweet for me. It is possible to dilute as you wish though. I hadn't eaten yet when I tried it and I did feel like it made be a bit jittery. I would suggest to not consume on an empty stomach. I intend to try it again!

These packets are easy to carry around to add to water anywhere you go. This drink is quite flavorful compared to others I've tried that taste bland. I did seem to get a nice burst of energy after drinking this, so that was an added bonus! Definitely recommend!!

I exercise regularly and take supplements. I thought that this product had good flavor and mixed well with water. I felt like it did provide me with energy to power through my workout. I was pleased with it and asked my wife to try it as well. She tried it and was initially happy with it as well but after her workout she said she had the "jitters" for most of the day. I reviewed the ingredients again and way down at the bottom I saw it had 150mg of caffeine per serving that I previously missed. 150mg is equal to a couple of cups of coffee or 4 cans of soda. My wife is not a coffee drinker so I would not recommend this for people with low tolerance or sensitivity to caffeine. For everyone else I think its a good supplement.

These drink packets taste good, but it instructs to mix in 16 ounces of water and I felt like closer to 30 ounces was the right ratio. The flavor is better for my taste and seems to dissolve better. My main critique of the packaging would be that the perforation doesnt allow for the tube to be opened too well and was a bit of a hassle to actually get it open to pour into my drink. Overall, I really liked these.

I always get nervous trying new products of this type. The flavor is great, doesnt thicken up the water like others I've tried. It has lots vitamins which is always nice for us busy and on the run people. My husband quite enjoys the energy boost from using, but its a bit much for me and makes me a bit onery and struggle to focus. But thats definitely a me problem and doesnt take away from the fact this is a quality product.

Very impressed with this product! It has a great taste! I like that there is no clumping when added to water. I passed packets out to coworkers while on a trip in AZ everyone loved them! I will definitely be buying them again and so will my coworkers!
