The energy and electrolytes in this have been so beneficial this week! It has been crazy hot but these packets are so easy to add to a glass of water after being outside or prehydrating before heading out. It is full of vitamins and tastes delicious!

I've tried several energy supplements in the past, and this one stands out for its clean feeling. Unlike some others that made me feel jittery and anxious, this one provides a smoother, more natural energy lift. I've noticed an improvement in my focus and concentration, especially during the afternoon slump.

I used the fruit punch for a few days about 30 minutes prior to my workout. Mixed with about 2/3 of a regular size water bottle. Taste was not as strong as I normally desire from my pre workout drinks, but overall a good flavor. I gelt a small kick of energy, but nothing crazy. I was able to get through my workout nicely after using this product. Dissolved very well in the water, and was not gritty at all. I would say this is a good product that does what it says it does.

I am giving 4D premium 2 thumbs up! I have taken 4D for 2 weeks now. I take it once daily about 2pm. 4D gave me an added boost of energy to get over the hump of the afternoon lull. I used the Tropical Punch flavor, that describes it well, it reminded me of the canned punch when I was a child. The single serve packets are easy to open. I just throw it in my purse , it held up nicely. 4D mixes easily with water and was mostly smooth to drink. There were a few granules in the bottom of the glass but no more than any other water additive I’ve used. I did not feel jittery using 4D but rather assisting with endurance to complete my day. Also, I was able to fall asleep at the end of the day easily. I recommend trying 4D !

I love the 4D dietary supplement for energy. When i am feeling tired and exhausted, i simply mix in one package of the 4D supplement and drink with a chilled bottle of water. I am not big on coffee, but this energy drink supplement does not give me the shakes or wired feeling. It's packed with amino, vitamins and electrolytes. This is definitely my go-to supplement when needed for energy.

We got this product to try when my husband and son are out doing yard work. I followed the instructions and used the max water recommended and found it was still too strong. I’m not a huge fan of fruit punch but they are. It didn’t taste awful but it was definitely an acquired taste. My husband described it as tasting like Kool-aid with artificial sweetener.

Pros: The taste is really good. It was t strong and over powering it was very refreshing and didn’t feel super sugary either. The directions say to drink this 30 minutes before a physical activity so I replaced it with my preworkout to see how it measured up. It didn’t give me the tingles which some pre workouts can do. I did feel an increase of energy. Cons: It did make me feel a little jittery and shakey but it didn’t boost my work out endurance like other pre workout powders.

The flavor is drinkable, too sweet for me, but with extra water helps. The down side is you can really taste that fake sugar. I did feel like it gave me a boost everyday that I did have a mix and it helped with my water intake. I'd say, definitely give it a try.

The tropical punch flavor was tasty and I like that it has zero calories. It mixed nicely in a cold 16.9 ounce water bottle; no residue left behind. The packaging was great! Not having to measure out an amount of the product . Would like to use this for a month to determine the benefits of drinking 4D.

I just wanna start off by saying I normally don't drink energy drinks of any sort. So I tried the 4D Clean Energy for a few days and noticed that after drinking this Tropical Punch 4D Clean Energy that I was energized and alert for a few hours. But afterwards I felt like I was getting tired and rundown. Overall it tasted pretty good except for the chalk taste afterwards. If you want an alternative to expensive energy drinks I would recommend you give this a try.
