This is a refreshing drink that tastes good. Comes in handy packets. It mixes in quickly and properly, no lumps left. A good choice for 0 calories while still getting energy and vitamins. For me it left a slight bitter taste in my mouth but not while drinking.

I am not the type of person that takes energy drinks on a regular basis, unless coffee counts as an energy drink. The vitamins/minerals and other health ingredients are quite extensive and offer a good supplement for many needs in one serving. I especially like the glucosamine as that is a part of my daily regiment. There was no jittery feeling for me, but I am used to consuming a regular amount of caffeine on a daily basis. Zero sugar is a big plus for me and it is quite sweet at the recommended 16oz of water. Minus one star for the flavor as it does have an aftertaste. It did do the job and provide me with a boost for the morning and I would caution taking it late in the day unless your intent is to stay up at night.

I totally loved this product, and I'm glad that I changed my mind and decided to get this shipped to me. I placed it in my black tea which makes the tea taste palatable. I work a job that requires me to walk over 10000 steps a day. Since it has been hotter, I had been getting leg cramps while sleeping; however, since using this product, no more.

I tried the tropical punch flavored 4D supplement. It has a good flavor with a sweet taste, but 0 cal and 0 sugar. It comes in a box with individual packets, making it easier to mix quickly in water and take on the go in the car or to the gym. It’s a good way to include essential amino acids and vitamins in my daily diet.

This drink was really quite good. While I am not a huge fan of tropical punch flavored drinks, the 4D drink mix did not disappoint. It seemed to give energy that lasted for several hours. I would recommend this to anyone who just needs that little extra boost.

The packaging for this product was pretty awesome and came with encouraging words. I my pre workout dry, but it tastes good both ways. Im curious about their other flavors, like vanilla, that are more smoothie friendly. I would recommend for the flavor and stamina i feel it gives me short termz

I was excited to try this product once received. Prior to my gym workout, I mixed one packet with a bottled water. Drink was a bit grainy however the flavor was great. My energy seemed to be sustained through my workout which was a plus for me. I may suggest mixing it with room temp water and then chilling if you like it cold to avoid it from remaining grainy. Overall great taste!

I’ve been using it while playing pickleball for hydration and a little kick. I busted used it down in Daytona for a tournament, it works great. Great flavor, no after taste, with just the right amount of sodium and electrolytes. The single packets make it easy to throw in your bag and just pour into your water bottle. I highly recommend this product!!!!

First, I have tried multiple pre/post workout supplements over the years which does not make me an expert. However, I will say that I enjoyed the taste of 4D and was pleasantly surprised by the effects. With 150mgs of caffeine you get the immediate “eye opening” similar to a cup of coffee without the crash. As a pre workout it was noticeable without the face warming results I’ve experienced with other brands. Where it really shines is longevity. After a rough couple of days/nights I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of absent minded tiredness I had been experiencing. I would have given it 5 stars but can’t justify replacing a good nights sleep with a chemical combination. For those on the go or needing that pre/post workout kick or even those just needing a pick me up, 4D is a great value and wonderful product.
