This drink is great for hydration and an extra boost of energy. The tropical punch flavor was very good, not my most preferred flavor but that’s just my personal taste. I feel like it’s sweet enough but would have liked it a little less sweet. Overall good!

I was pleasantly surprised by this new vitamin/electrolyte/energy drink mix. I’ve tried many top brands and this one just might be my new go to. The ingredients are clean (a huge plus for my family) and it tastes delicious. Not too sweet or too salty. So far I’ve only tried tropical punch, but I’m excited to try the raspberry lemonade and piña colada! Definitely going to keep this stocked for my hubby and kids!

I liked the energy levels I got. The flavor is okay. It’s not the worst but it smelled a bit like vitamin supplement pills. I personally don’t like that kind of taste but some people might not mind it. I don’t know if this is a product I would regularly purchase though.

This is a powder-based packet that can be added to water to provide and energy drink. I’ve tried it in the afternoon and it lives up to its claims. No jitters but improved energy and focus. The tropical punch flavor is good and doesn’t taste like chemicals or the bitter vitamin taste. It mixes well with water. I would recommend this product and buy it over some of the other similar items available.

I like the flavor of this product. However, I have had some gastrointestinal issues after using this product. First few times I drank on empty stomach and some had nausea/vomiting. I tried with food and still had nausea issues throughout the day which is not usual for me

Used product before a workout and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Was pretty good! The caffeine in it was just right to where i didnt have the jitters but also gave me some pick up. I enjoy the convenient pouches that are single servings. Also pretty clean ingredients!

I’m always avoiding any kind of powder mixes that you add to water, because I usually don’t like the consistency or grit left behind in the water. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at just how tasty this flavor was! I was definitely be purchasing this in the future!

Tastes like Kool-Aid. Did not notice a difference in energy level pre or post workout. Part of any perceived benefit may be due to the fact that you will be well-hydrated because you are supposed to mix the 4D powder with 16 to 24 ounces of water and drink it at least 30 minutes before exercising. Has stevia in it.

HOW THIS COMES This comes in a box in individual packets with an easy tear off top. FLAVOR Although it says tropical punch, it tastes better than most tropical punch flavored items that I have tried. It’s sweet but not too sweet and doesn’t taste super artificial like most aminos. HOW I TAKE I put this in a blender bottle with water. It mixes really well and is not grainy. DOES IT HELP? Yes, I think this gives me a little pep in my step before workouts or before walking in the neighborhood. THE BOTTOM LINE I really have enjoyed this supplement! It mixes well and coming in individual packets that are easy to grab and go. MY RATING FIVE STARS so far. I would purchase from the club again!
