I drank this after 7PM, don't do this, unless of course, you like being super productive and hanging out with the vampires (my oldest son) but don't expect any help from them, this stuff is good but it doesn't perform miracles. I knew better than to drink an energy drink this late but I had so much to do & I was so tired & unmotivated that I was willing to risk it. Most energy drinks will give me a boost for 30 minutes or so and then fizzle out. So not worth the 200 calories or $4 I spend on them. 4D is different... Very different. An I didn't get to sleep until 5 am different. And you know what? I wasn't upset about it at all. I got so much mundane crap done so fast I moved on to fun stuff like prepping to paint the cabinets that I've had paint for going on 6 months now. No lie. I don't know what they've done so different than all the others but this is my one and only energy booster from now on (except my morning coffee. You would have to put me in rehab before I could give that up) It is very concentrated and tastes great. I love it. It's easier to mix with a little bit of warm water first to help dissolve the crystals. It says to mix with up to 20 oz of water which I did and it's still very concentrated which I love but maybe too much for some. If you like crazy amounts of energy and motivation without feeling like you just drank 10 double Expresso's than you have got to try 4D energy. It really is that good.

I got this 4D for my 18 -21 year old workout fanatics in the family. One kid loved the taste and did notice a boost in his energy. He also said he felt it made a difference with feeling more hydrated. My picky one wasn't as thrilled with the flavor but also felt more hydrated than just a bottle of water.

I started drinking 4D after I began working out. I was hoping this would give me the extra energy I needed for motivation and i have found it to be a great help. I like that it has no added sugar, so no crashing afterwards. 4D is very convenient. It comes in a box of 25 pouches. Each pouch is a serving and can be poured directly into a water bottle, making it very portable. I did find it to have a slight aftertaste and prefer to mix it in a glass of water with lots of ice. In addition to giving me more energy, I feel more focused since I started drinking it. I definitely would recommend this product!

We are farmers and our sample of 4D arrived at our busiest time of the year. I tried 4D the first day it arrived. I loved it so much and immediately seen a increase in my energy and alertness. Enough so I gave some to my husband to try. These have a delicious refreshing flavor. We both felt it really helped us in the late afternoons when our energy started slacking. We definitely will be buying them regularly.

Delicious, 4D gave me a good pump similar to a traditional pre-workout. Mixed very well and easily in water, smooth while drinking, and great taste. Taking traditional pre-workout I do experience a crash sometimes and with 4D I did not. With the added benefits compared to traditional pre-workouts it's a great alternative!

It definitely does what it claims for enhancement of energy, not neccesarily hydrating though. I got the fruit pinch punch flavor a d would recommend it! I would say to use more water than what it calls for just because of how strong the flavor is, other than that its amazing.

This product mixed well with water, it did not settle out at all. I mixed it with cold water and initial taste was good. However, it does have a "vitaminy" after taste. The formulation, compared to other products of similar review, was excellent! Noticeable impact with my overall focus after taking the product.

The 4D clean Energy Dietary Supplement is easy to use and store. Much nice than buying pre bottled sports drinks. I put water in my water bottle and dropped in a packet of the powder, gave the bottle a shake and that was all there was to it! The powder dissolved very easily and didn’t leave a chalky aftertaste in my mouth. The tropical fruit flavor was nice and not overly sweet.

The 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement is a quick way to get caffeine and healthy ingredients in a delicious drink. The convenient mix packets are easy to use. I like a stronger mix (16 oz of water to 1 pack). I add it to ice cold water in a shaker flask. I have not had a chance to evaluate the long-term benefits of use yet.

I’ve tried many similar products, some better than others, but they’ve all left me feeling different. Either too jittery or just not right. But this 4D product had zero side effects. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t even sure it was working but I was focused, energetic, and strong. I work out no less than 5 days per week for the last 22 years. This product will be the new norm for me. I’m beyond satisfied.
