Surprisingly great taste (I’ve had plenty that have a chemical-like aftertaste). I’ve had 1 a day for the past four days. I can’t say I’ve noticed too much of an increase in energy or focus, but drinking one gets me to drink 4 cups of water (it says to mix it with 16-24oz of water, but I dilute it a bit more) and that is always a good thing. Would buy again, but I’d prefer a variety (flavor) pack.

I used this to keep my energy level up while working 12 hr night shifts. One pack of 4D in a pint of bottled water and I’ve cut back almost completely of drinking coffee during my shift. The tropical punch flavor is good but has a dry-like feel as if the powder doesn’t quite fully dissolve. The use of artificial sweetener may add to that effect. I know the artificial sweetener adds a bit of a tartness aftertaste, this was diminished by increasing the water from 16 oz to 20 oz. The individual packs are very easy to open with just your fingers. I fell like this product kept me peppy for about 6 hrs. Good product. I’d recommend.

I love this energy drink. Its easy to mix with water and tastes great and doesn't make me feel jittery. It has a long lasting effect on me and keeps me energized for a long time.I'd love to try other flavors of this product, its definitely worth buying.

4D energy drink has plenty of vitamins and about 150mg of caffeine. The taste is good, but I’ve had to add the packet into a 20 oz bottle to dilute it best instead of smaller bottles. I drank the first packet on a driving trip of about 220 miles and it felt great. My 55+ self enjoyed it and tried them a few extra days while on vacation. No negative effects felt.

Good flavor, definitely want to dilute it with thirty two ounces of water. Taste better iced cold, so add ice to it. I work out at 5:30 am, i start drinking it on my way to the gym and i drink it throughout my workout. Keeps me going till mid afternoon, then i get really sleepy.

I've only been able to use this 3 days now but I have noticed that I'm feeling pretty good throughout the day. Normally around 1:00 to 2:00 in the afternoon I tend to have a crash where I really struggle staying awake. I hope that this continues to work and so far it's impressive.

4D Clean Energy has been a fit for my recent lifestyle goals and changes. I have set some goals in order to lose weight and feel better. Early mornings I am off to a 5 mile fast paced walk but need something to fill my stomach and give me some energy and hold off on eating until after. It is easy to use and convenient for traveling. Just add to a bottle of water and shake a bit. Mixes nicely and tastes great. Has a sweet fruity taste but not to sweet or salty. Some packets like this are usually very salty - this is not. Will be purchasing this product.

Day one of trying this product was trial and error. I was not a fan of it initially because I didn’t eat, making me shaky and antsy. On day two, I ate and then drank the product in a 34 oz water bottle and ate previously before drinking the energy drink. I was energized, it helped to concentrate, and I was able to get a lot of work done. I can see a difference when I drink it and don’t with my energy. I love this product and will continue to use it.

I am an avid electrolyte user and 4D has my seal of approval. It is probably the sweetest one I've tried and it has no sugar. I appreciate that it is keto friendly and has zero calories. It's a terrific no crash energy drink and helps me feel my best after a fun night out. Highly recommend!

Overall this seems to be a quality product. Great blend of vitamins and electrolytes which I love. And the flavor doesn’t taste artificial which is wonderful. I knocked off a star as it is way too sweet for me. I mixed the first one up in 20oz of water and it about knocked me over with sweetness. To get it to where I enjoy it, I need about 32oz of water, but that waters the rest of the electrolytes down a lot… which is a bummer to me. Overall great, just too sweet.
