I can not drink these, I have the Hawaiian Punch Flavor. They are just so incredibly sweet. I even mixed it with the highest amount of water recommended. My thirteen year old however, keeps asking if he can have one. He loves them. He will drink one in the morning or before a workout, or before baseball practice. I can't say whether or not they're helping his performance, but if I can get him to stay hydrated as well as getting some extra vitamins into his body, then I consider that a win! It does contain some caffeine so I only let him have one and not every day. I also appreciate that it's colored with beetroot powder instead of red dye. That's so nice to see.

The 4D clean energy drink packets are really great. I'm not a huge consumer of anything besides water, but these are really delicious, conveniently packaged, and did give me a little boost of energy. I woll definitely keep these in my bag for an on the go pick me up.

I had high hopes for this product. Sadly said nothing for my energy. I tried this on a trip where lots of walking was involved and hoped this would help, it did not. Also the flavoring is so sweet and has a horrible artificial taste. Once I drank it all it left a horrible after taste and actually made me thirsty. Sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend

4D is a decent hydration and amino supplement. It definitely tastes better when cold but it mixes easy and comes in convenient single use packets which is nice. It’s a small business based out of Louisiana which is cool so I’d definitely buy this brand over others since the taste/quality is the same if not better than the bigger brands.

I used the fruit punch for a few days about 30 minutes prior to my workout. Mixed with about 2/3 of a regular size water bottle. Taste was not as strong as I normally desire from my pre workout drinks, but overall a good flavor. I gelt a small kick of energy, but nothing crazy. I was able to get through my workout nicely after using this product. Dissolved very well in the water, and was not gritty at all. I would say this is a good product that does what it says it does.

This has a good flavor, but I have been a little disappointed in the product consistency. Some of the packages seen to clump and not dissolve properly in water. Leaving large bits of mix in the bottle. If it isn’t clumped in the package then it works great.

I liked the fact that the 4D Premium tropical punch supplement came in an compact, easy to open package that is easily poured into a standard bottle of water. Two dilutions are in the photos of this review; one mixed in 16 ounces of water and one mixed in 24 ounces of water. I preferred the taste of the one mixed in 24 ounces of water. The drink mix does have a bit of an aftertaste that isn't bad but isn't wonderful. It has that "powdered drink mix" taste after mixing well in a measuring cup. The mix uses sucralose as the sweetener so you might want to think twice if your body does not handle artificial sweeteners well.

This is a yummy way to replace hydration and electrolytes especially during warm weather or exercise. We love to pack these in our bag for trips to local theme parks to add to water bottles throughout the day in order to stay feeling our best despite the heat and sweat.

I love how I can take this with me on the go and quickly give me a boost of energy. I gave 4 stars because it does have a ton of caffeine (150mg) and recommends 1-2 packs a day which is a lot, but other than that it’s great. It tastes good like a tropical mango flavor, it’s smooth not grainy, and easy to drink.

I used this product in a 16 oz bottle of water and it was a bit too sweet for me. It is possible to dilute as you wish though. I hadn't eaten yet when I tried it and I did feel like it made be a bit jittery. I would suggest to not consume on an empty stomach. I intend to try it again!
