I really haven't decided how I feel about this product but am pushed to review it. This 4D has 150 mgs of caffeine and made me somewhat jittery. However, I was able to decrease the time of my 3.5 mile daily walk, but only by 3 minutes. I am going to continue to evaluate it as time goes on. So, I am rating it as a 3 out of five because I am not sure it is an extremely valuable product.

I tried the 4D Premium Amino Vitamin Energy drink packets. I got the Tropical Punch flavor which comes with 25 packets. I used a 16 oz bottle to mix mine. The drink has a great taste, but I think it would be even better if I had used more water. Box suggests using 16-24 oz. I love the ingredients and dietary supplements that make up the packet. Company did a great job putting all the ingredients in this supplemental drink. I suggest reading all ingredients as it does contain caffeine, which I prefer to have earlier in the day. I also need to mention the product is well packaged and box has a helpful QR code that takes you to product website; educational for what each ingredient helps you with. I noticed that there are 3 other flavors, so I may try the others the next time I purchase this product. I notice on the box that it has a good shelf life (exp 10/26), so about 2 years of when I got it.

I loved this pre-workout! Other pre workouts i’ve tried accelerated my heart rate and gave me a sugar crash right after my workout. However, this pre-workout was completely different. I felt so energized and motivated for my lift. I will definitely be re-purchasing. The flavor was awesome. So delicious.

The product came in and I poured it in a 17 ounce water bottle and let it dissolve over night. The next afternoon, I tasted it and surprisingly, it didn’t taste half bad. I wonder if they will come out with different flavors other than “Fruit Punch”?

This product has a great fruit flavor and honestly caught me off guard for how much energy it packs. I recieved these from Sam's and not even thinking mu husband wanted to try it. He really enjoyed the flavor but grabbed it right before bed and drank it all. Then he sat in bed until 2AM not understanding why he was wide awake until the next morning when I told him it was an energy drink.

I like these a lot. They are convenient to bring with you on the go wherever you are headed. I often have one with a bottle of water in the afternoon to get refreshed and refocused. My teenage son will drink one after school before soccer or basketball practice or before working out in the gym. I like the taste and zero sugar. I cant wait to try other flavors.

I usually buy rockstar energy drinks, but decided to try something new that wouldn’t give me the sugar crash once it starts wearing off. These energy packets by 4D are so good. The tropical punch taste like Hawaiian punch and it gives you enough energy to get through the day without feeling like you’re going to crash later. I think it’s healthier then normal energy drinks with less side effects.

I got the fruit punch flavor, you mix the powder in a bottle of water. The taste is pretty good it’s a mild fruit punch taste. I have been using this once a day for a few days and I feel like this is something I could take on a daily basis. I would recommend this product.
