Pretty good after exercise drink. Good flavor, good components overall. Still does have a slight Sports drink taste, but well worth it, better than Gatorade, with amino acids and essential building blocks for muscle recovery, and general recovery after exercise or weightlifting.

I received 4D Premium Dietary Supplement from Sam’s Club for review. The supplement came in Tropical Fruit Punch flavor. The supplement tasted ok however, it had a mild vitamin taste. I don’t believe that I have used the product long enough to know if it helps to boost immunity, skin health, and joint care. It does provide electrolytes!

This is a solid addition to my routine. The mix dissolves easily in water, with no clumps. The flavor is light and refreshing not too sweet or overpowering. After drinking it, I felt a noticeable energy boost without the jittery crash I sometimes get from other drinks. The amino acids definitely helped with muscle recovery too, especially after a tough workout. Overall, it’s a great option that supports your body’s recovery plus it comes with a cute logo sticker.

I have fibromyalgia and after drinking this for one week, I felt healthier, more energetic, less overall pain in my bones. I hate take so many vitamins and this amazing drink allows you to intake all your necessary nutrients in one great tasting drink. You don't even need all of the packet. You can use one packet for two drinks. I had the tropical punch and it was great! Forr anyone wanting a kick of energy without the jitters and for a healthier you, I would totally recommend this drink. It is a GAME CHANGER!!!

I've used this for a few weeks during my graveyard shifts. The taste is good especially very cold, however I find if I only use a 16 ounce water bottle the "vitamin" taste is quite strong. No jitters, no tummy upset like coffee. I like the energy it provides me to get through my overnight shift.

I received my product 4D Energy - Tropical punch-earlier than expected. Read the info of what is in the drink and how much water to use 16-24. I used 16.9 oz and that was fine. It was a little sweeter than expected. I have had Spark and it’s very “vitamin” tasting- this is not. I could taste a little aftertaste - probably from sweetener- but it was smooth and overall tasted good.

Normally I’m a canned energy drink type of person, but decided to give these a try. 4D Clean Energy Dietary supplement did not disappoint. It gave me the energy needed to power through work all while tasting great. 4D was a bit sweet for my taste but can easily be adjusted by adding more water.

Overall this is one of the best pre-workout supplements I have tried. Packaging: came in a box. Looks nice and was wrapped securely in cellophane. Inside is individual servings- not resealable (sometimes I use half). Taste: it’s not bad but it does taste like chemicals- which it is, so don’t expect it to taste delicious. But overall there’s not too much of an aftertaste and is relatively pleasant. Feel: this is an effective energy boost and I feel it is also effective as a supplement to building muscle and general health. It does give a buzz without much of a crash, which is really nice. Best part is it doesn’t give me the shakes even when I take a whole serving. Have started taking this on non workout days as well in lieu of coffee. Also doesn’t give me reflux or any tummy discomfort. Overall: Would purchase on the regular. Everything about this product is fine, I like that it has pretty clean ingredients, and it is better than most energy drinks.

Not a fan of tropical punch but I actually liked this because it reminds me of the kids Flintstones Vitamins! Taste is good and I did get a great boost of energy. Only suggestion is the packaging, maybe increase the add to water font bigger so customers know it's a drink supplement... it'll get lost in the millions of other supplements on the shelves.

I made one of these drinks prior to my workout and must admit it did give me more energy compared to another energy drink I like that comes in a can. I received the Fruit Punch flavor and the taste is not to my liking - hence the 3 stars - but I will definitely try another flavor because I like the extra energy it gives and the other vitamins in this drink. Love that it comes in individual packs so I can put them in my bag and just buy a bottle of water whenever I'm in need of an energy boost later in the day at work.
