Drank this first thing in the morning. Gave me just as much energy as my usual coffee if not more. It’s gluten, dairy, soy, and gmo free plus is keto friendly and has zero calories! Loaded with vitamins and nutrients. What’s not to love! I would recommend mixing it with 24oz of water if you don’t like it sweet, 16 oz of water was too sweet for my liking. Great supplement drink!

I received this product and was excited about the taste. In my experience, it does have a very strong taste, but it does grow on you. I used about 24 ounces of water to mix each packet in. It’s definitely keeps you hydrated, and I recommend drinking it with some sort of food. When I did not have much to eat, it’s made me a little jittery. I like to drink it when I go to work or exercise outside.

I only drink water but I do like to mix it up with flavored and sparkling waters. The tropical fruit flavor was very refreshing. The powder dissolved very nicely in the water and only required a small shake. I’m not a caffeine person - I don’t drink pop (soda) or coffee/tea so I was a little worried about the caffeine in the product. I have to admit, I didn’t feel jittery after I drank it, I felt revitalized and had a clean energy running through my body. I like that it states it is sugar free and keto friendly (I follow a keto lifestyle) but I am docking it one star because I couldn’t find the carb count or any other mention of carbs anywhere on the packaging or website to find the true carb count when consuming the product. Overall I like the taste, quenches my thirst and helps me drink more water throughout the day.

Great tasting all in one drink mix. I tried the tropical punch flavor. It dissolved very well after adding to my bottle of water. It has a very good taste being sugar free with no aftertaste. It was very refreshing. I could tell it gave me some energy but not the jittering kind you get from some energy drink supplements. I loved all the benefits of this mix which includes immunity boost, joint care, skin health, endurance and focus. I would definitely get again.

We got this product to try when my husband and son are out doing yard work. I followed the instructions and used the max water recommended and found it was still too strong. I’m not a huge fan of fruit punch but they are. It didn’t taste awful but it was definitely an acquired taste. My husband described it as tasting like Kool-aid with artificial sweetener.

I started my day out with this drink and was eager to see how it would energize me. This drink was great - not packed with strange ingredients or loaded with sugar to give that "sugar high" energy boost feeling. I felt good and was able to get through my morning without other energy boosting drinks. I would love to try another flavor, as tropical fruit isn't my favorite.

These are perfect to throw and go. They mix easily Into my glass of water and don’t have an overwhelming chemical taste. I’m always looking for something to help me keep up with my house full of kids and this provided me with just the right energy without the harsh crash or stomach ache.

4D Tropical Punch I am enjoying the boost of energy from this product. The taste reminds me of the one my husband gets that's in a tub. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a boost in the morning(or anytime of the day). The full packet is a little too much for me in a 16oz bottle so I use about half of the packet in each bottle.

I tried this as a boost prior to running on the treadmill for a few days and I did not notice a difference in my energy level. The flavor was fruit punch and it was good when chilled but not at room temperature. I would be willing to try this in a different flavor but I honestly will probably stick to regular water.

This energy drink mix was really good. The flavor was amazing and it helped me focus. I just said on the box and help me with focus endurance immune, boosting, skin health don’t care and electrolytes. It really did help me help me focus on an amount of things as well as endurance, as well as endurance. I drank it during my Pickleball match with friends, and it really helped me doing that. I wouldn’t say this is an advantage, but it helped a lot.
