4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement presents a good option for a pre-workout boost. It is packaged in handy single-serve sleeves, it dissolves well in water and it is pleasant tasting. If anything, it was a bit strong and I watered it down some to mellow-out the flavor. I used 4D prior to a few lifting/biking workouts in recent weeks and it seemed to put a bit of pep in my step and it sat well and didn't cause any stomach upset like some pre-workout supplements I've tried.

I love the 4D dietary supplement for energy. When i am feeling tired and exhausted, i simply mix in one package of the 4D supplement and drink with a chilled bottle of water. I am not big on coffee, but this energy drink supplement does not give me the shakes or wired feeling. It's packed with amino, vitamins and electrolytes. This is definitely my go-to supplement when needed for energy.

Good flavor, true fruit punch flavor. Love the package size of 25 per box vs so many that are only 10 servings. The caffeine level did not make me jottery at all. Only concern i had was when i didn't finish the bottle right away and chulled it to finish later it tasted a bit chalky and less flavordyl.

Overall, I was pleased with 4D Premium Energy Drink. While other flavors may be available, I had the Tropical Punch flavor. The packaging is convenient with small pouches that can be thrown in a bag or pocket. The flavor is a bit sweet if the directions are followed (16-24 oz). I used a larger 50 oz. container and found the flavor more palatable. I found that while consuming this I did have more energy throughout the day. While I would use this product again in the future, I would be curious to know if there are additional flavors.

This product is really easy to use can just dump it into a bottle of water. It had a real fruit punch taste is sugar free and no after taste. If you don’t like it really sweet you can add more water. It dissolves easily. Great before you go out to play golf or other activities. I would not recommend for kids since it has a lot of caffeine. I like it best over ice. I was very excited to receive my sample of the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement in the Tropical Punch flavor. I am diabetic and I do several miles of walking every day at my job and as my main form of exercise, so the idea of getting something to keep me hydrated and energetic in this summer heat is right up my alley! All the wonderful benefits of having the well needed vitamins in this supplement are truly beneficial for me as well as they are often very low in people with my condition. I must start by saying that I am a person who very rarely adds sugar to anything I consume. That being said, I felt that this product tastes entirely too sweet for me. Odd to say considering it has no calories but it tastes as if artificial sweeteners are in it. The fruit flavor itself is delicious, the powder mixes extremely well with very little effort, and I was well energized throughout the day without feeling shaky or nervous as some energy drinks leave you. This would be an ideal product for anyone that would like to switch up the flavor of their water and doesn't want to be stuck with a pantry full of plastic water bottles and cans that you have to recycle. I would definitely buy this, but for my own personal taste I will only use half a packet per bottle to cut back on the sweetness. I have only had this product for a few days so I can't comment on the other advertised benefits but I can certainly say that it will be a plus for any active person who needs that extra boost to make it through the day.

There's also no crash. I use a little over the recommended amount of water to minimize the sweet taste. I have taken this supplement prior to working out and even when I was sick with the flu, and it gave me enough energy to get through my day.
