This energy mix is a good buy. Like most energy mixes, it states will boost energy, endurance, and has electrolytes. This product also states will benefit skin, joint, and immune health as well as help with focus. It also states is zero calories and does not have jittery side effects. The powder mixes pretty well. Shook vigorously for a few seconds and had sediment at bottom. Shook a second time and it blended better. I filled a 1Ltr bottle almost full with cold water from the fridge and the taste was very sweet. I added more water and it diluted enough for me to drink. I was surprised by the sweetness and found it contains Sucralose and Stevia. I did not notice any bitter aftertaste or any artificial sweetener taste. For claims on energy, endurance, and lack of jitteriness, I would say they are true to product claims. I drank this during and while I was laying pavers, I found that I stayed hydrated, had energy to do the project, and did not experience any amped up feelings or shakiness that some energy drinks cause. I also will note that I did not experience any bursts of energy like some drinks provide, and I cannot attest to how long it lasted because I did not experience any coming down effects such as sluggishness or sleepiness. I would recommend this product and would purchase again.

This drink I didn’t really care for it was very sweet if you cut it with water perhaps it would be all right but as it is it reminds me of Kool-Aid concentrate if you like a lot of sugar than this would probably be ideal for you but for me not so much.

It’s all about taste. Good, bad, tolerable or even intolerable. It’s such a subjective subject who can say? For me intolerable. Chemical, stevia. Calories I can take but fake sugar not so much. So for me it’s a pass. If you like sugar substitutes it may just be your cup of tea.

If you are looking for a mix to give you energy then look no further! This drink mix gave me more energy than any coffee or energy drink I’ve ever had. The drink mixes well with water and seems to fully dissolve. The taste is sweet which is nice. I love that it doesn’t leave a chalky feeling in my mouth or have any bad aftertaste.

The taste is not that bad for being an energy drink. It did give me a boost of energy to get things done without the crash afterwards. The packaging makes it easy to take along and pour it into my cup of water or a water bottle. It mixes well with a stir or a shake and isn’t gritty.

After a long day of studying and still so much more to study, I really struggled to stay focused. I mixed a packet of 4D in a 16 oz water bottle. I drank it. I did not like the taste. It has a chalky taste with a hint of medicine. The tropical flavor makes it better but I can still taste the chalk and medicine. After about 45 minutes to an hour, I was reenergized. Sleepiness left me, I was able to focus and concentrate on my homework. I continued to stay focus for hours afterwards. I finally had to just go to bed because it was 4 am already. I do like the effects of 4D but the flavor needs to be tweaked.

Great tasting vitamin driven energy boost! Tropical punch flavor did not have any off-putting after-taste like some similar products do. 4D mixed easily into a bottle of water without leaving any residual clumsiness. Left me feeling energized throughout the day without a crashing feeling in the afternoon. Great to take before a workout or a test as I feel it helps improve focus.

This supplement has a very strong fruit punch flavor and dissolves well into water. The flavor was pretty strong for me so I preferred to mix it with no less than 24oz of water, which was a lot for me if I wanted to drink the whole supplement before working out. It has a bit of a chalky taste to go with it but that’s something I got use to. I didn’t feel any noticeable effects after drinking it which is no complaint, I appreciated being able to drink caffeine and not have any shakiness or crash effects. I probably would try out a different flavor if I was to have this again.

Great product that does exactly what it says. My husband has tried numerous products similar to this, but this one was his favorite. It comes in convenient little packs that you can easily take with you. This product actually tastes good and doesn’t have that chalky texture and taste. You get all the energy without the jitters.

I was very excited to receive my sample of the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement in the Tropical Punch flavor. I am diabetic and I do several miles of walking every day at my job and as my main form of exercise, so the idea of getting something to keep me hydrated and energetic in this summer heat is right up my alley! All the wonderful benefits of having the well needed vitamins in this supplement are truly beneficial for me as well as they are often very low in people with my condition. I must start by saying that I am a person who very rarely adds sugar to anything I consume. That being said, I felt that this product tastes entirely too sweet for me. Odd to say considering it has no calories but it tastes as if artificial sweeteners are in it. The fruit flavor itself is delicious, the powder mixes extremely well with very little effort, and I was well energized throughout the day without feeling shaky or nervous as some energy drinks leave you. This would be an ideal product for anyone that would like to switch up the flavor of their water and doesn't want to be stuck with a pantry full of plastic water bottles and cans that you have to recycle. I would definitely buy this, but for my own personal taste I will only use half a packet per bottle to cut back on the sweetness. I have only had this product for a few days so I can't comment on the other advertised benefits but I can certainly say that it will be a plus for any active person who needs that extra boost to make it through the day.
