These packets are easy to carry around to add to water anywhere you go. This drink is quite flavorful compared to others I've tried that taste bland. I did seem to get a nice burst of energy after drinking this, so that was an added bonus! Definitely recommend!!

I received 4D Premium Dietary Supplement from Sam’s Club for review. The supplement came in Tropical Fruit Punch flavor. The supplement tasted ok however, it had a mild vitamin taste. I don’t believe that I have used the product long enough to know if it helps to boost immunity, skin health, and joint care. It does provide electrolytes!

I started buying 4D when it was in my local Sam's Club. For some reason, they stopped stocking it there, but it is still on the website for online sales. I basically don't drink anything but water and one 4D packet per day. I gave up drinking Diet Pepsi about 10 years ago because I didn't like consuming the Aspartame. From what I have read, 4D is healthy, and it tastes great. I used to use Zip Fizz, but it doesn't taste as good to me now that I am drinking 4D.

I followed the instructions of mixing, and in 20 minutes I could feel the effects of the energy boost. A little more heart palpitations than expected but that could be easily remedied by adding maybe more water. The effect that I was not expecting was the tummy rumbling. It was quiet pronounced and I did feel more bloated over the next 3 hours. The flavor was OK, as good as punch can be.

This product has a great fruit flavor and honestly caught me off guard for how much energy it packs. I recieved these from Sam's and not even thinking mu husband wanted to try it. He really enjoyed the flavor but grabbed it right before bed and drank it all. Then he sat in bed until 2AM not understanding why he was wide awake until the next morning when I told him it was an energy drink.

I mixed up the 4D Premium powder with both 16 and 24 ounces of water. Both concentrations were easy to drink, but I preferred the milder 24 ounce version. There was more of a sensation of sweetness than flavor. It is fine as a drink to boost nutrients, but not something that I would crave.

Was kind of thrown off at first taste (was a little tart, but I think it was because some of the powder missed going in the bottle) but after a few more sips it got better. Tried it again the next day and liked it even more, only thing I don’t like is that no matter how much I shake it to mix, there’s still particles floating around in it. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

In a real skeptic when it comes down to trying anything that promotes to give you energy, due to ingredients or other side effects. After trying 4D, i can say, i feel some difference in energy levels but at the same time, maybe too much for me? The ingredients all look to be very well picked out (vitamins etc)

I started drinking 4D after I began working out. I was hoping this would give me the extra energy I needed for motivation and i have found it to be a great help. I like that it has no added sugar, so no crashing afterwards. 4D is very convenient. It comes in a box of 25 pouches. Each pouch is a serving and can be poured directly into a water bottle, making it very portable. I did find it to have a slight aftertaste and prefer to mix it in a glass of water with lots of ice. In addition to giving me more energy, I feel more focused since I started drinking it. I definitely would recommend this product!

This product is amazing, especially for people that don’t tolerate high caffeine energy supplements. My husband and I both have been using 4D and feel much more energized and focused throughout the day. My husband does not tolerate caffeine well, and can’t even use decaffeinated tea, so for him to find an energy supplement that works for him, without giving him the jitters or palpitations is amazing. I am very tolerant to caffeine, and this still makes me feel energized and focused. It also tastes pretty good😊
