4D came nicely packaged in 25 individual packets ready to add to a bottle of water. The taste is good. It does have an underlying strong fruity taste, but it's not a distaste. It does mix well and seems to provide some kick. I am a small framed women and I did not notice any caffeine tingle or jitters.

Tropical punch flavor did not have any off-putting after-taste like some similar products do. 4D mixed easily into a bottle of water without leaving any residual clumsiness. Left me feeling energized throughout the day without a crashing feeling in the afternoon. Great to take before a workout or a test as I feel it helps improve focus.

I have tried several energy drinks and they have always been too sweet. This 4D Clean Energy is very tasty and not to sweet! I really enjoyed it, and did give me more energy. As a parent with seven children 9 and younger this gives me the boost I need to get through the day.

I was excited to try the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement. Who couldn't use more energy, plus all the Vitamis and Aminos that would benefit you. However, it has caffeine in it. Which is something that Im unable to have. Ifbthey comeout with something that doesn't have caffeine count me in!

My husband and I both tried the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement and came away with mixed reviews. The powder easily dissolves in cold water. After it was mixed we both drank it at the same time. My husband said it tasted ok to him however it was a little too sweet. My first impression was the same however I didn't care for the sweet at all. My husband said that he did feel energized a also stated that he would drink the rest a I didn't care for it. My husband gave it 4 stars after drinking more of it and said he would continue to drink it if we had more.

The 4D clean energy tasted great! It was so easy to use with the individual packets. The only thing i would recommend is not to drink it on an empty stomach. My energy lasted the entire day! Loved the product will definitely purchase this product again!

I drank this after 7PM, don't do this, unless of course, you like being super productive and hanging out with the vampires (my oldest son) but don't expect any help from them, this stuff is good but it doesn't perform miracles. I knew better than to drink an energy drink this late but I had so much to do & I was so tired & unmotivated that I was willing to risk it. Most energy drinks will give me a boost for 30 minutes or so and then fizzle out. So not worth the 200 calories or $4 I spend on them. 4D is different... Very different. An I didn't get to sleep until 5 am different. And you know what? I wasn't upset about it at all. I got so much mundane crap done so fast I moved on to fun stuff like prepping to paint the cabinets that I've had paint for going on 6 months now. No lie. I don't know what they've done so different than all the others but this is my one and only energy booster from now on (except my morning coffee. You would have to put me in rehab before I could give that up) It is very concentrated and tastes great. I love it. It's easier to mix with a little bit of warm water first to help dissolve the crystals. It says to mix with up to 20 oz of water which I did and it's still very concentrated which I love but maybe too much for some. If you like crazy amounts of energy and motivation without feeling like you just drank 10 double Expresso's than you have got to try 4D energy. It really is that good.

Was kind of thrown off at first taste (was a little tart, but I think it was because some of the powder missed going in the bottle) but after a few more sips it got better. Tried it again the next day and liked it even more, only thing I don’t like is that no matter how much I shake it to mix, there’s still particles floating around in it. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

I can not drink these, I have the Hawaiian Punch Flavor. They are just so incredibly sweet. I even mixed it with the highest amount of water recommended. My thirteen year old however, keeps asking if he can have one. He loves them. He will drink one in the morning or before a workout, or before baseball practice. I can't say whether or not they're helping his performance, but if I can get him to stay hydrated as well as getting some extra vitamins into his body, then I consider that a win! It does contain some caffeine so I only let him have one and not every day. I also appreciate that it's colored with beetroot powder instead of red dye. That's so nice to see.
