Love the flavor of this supplement. During these hot summer days of working construction, sipping on 4D during the day has helped me keep gong. No need to stop to have a snack, just drink your water and you still have energy and stay hydrated. I feel healthier.

This product was used before i did any strenuous movement. I volunteer at a animal shelter cleaning and taking care of the dogs. So before i go i fill my water bottles with 4D and then head to the kennels. I did feel like it gave me energy. The only thing i didn't like about it was the flavor.

Overall, this is pretty good. The Tropical Punch flavor is nice with very minimal aftertaste if you mix with a lot of water, about 20 oz or so. I think cold water works best. I also appreciate that this is sugar free, so it is a nice and easy way to add vitamins to my daily intake. As for the energy boost, I didn’t notice much of a difference at first, but after using it daily for about a week I started to really feel it. Since it takes a while to kick in, make sure to take it before your workout, at least 30 minutes but 45 minutes worked best for me.

This product is very easy to carry, it comes in portioned sized sachets. The flavor I got is Tropical fruit, it is not bad but very very sweet. It would be wise to pour the powder little by little for it to not be too overwhelming. I did feel I had more energy throughout the day though, for me it did not have an after taste but I shared it with my husband and he did complain of an after taste. Over all this product is not bad, not sure I’d buy it.

This product exceeded my expectations! I was very pleased with the refreshing flavor and the instant pick me up from this water flavoring! I also really like how the flavoring is a nice strength when mixed in with the correct amounts of water. I am excited to try more flavors from this brand and find the one I like the most!

Great alternative to constantly picking up energy drinks on the go. Drinking one in the morning to get the day started or even before the gym is the routine I see these will work best for. Doesn’t taste to artificial but still has a bit of that after taste in your mouth. The added vitamins, electrolytes and other benefits definitely make this a great energy source!

This drink mix tastes really good. I was surprised. When I poured the powder in my cup I could smell the vitamins but you don’t really taste them. I was disappointed that the powder doesn’t easily dissolve in water but maybe that was due to my ice. I had to stir quite a bit to get it all to dissolve. I did feel and energy boost. It was like having a cup of coffee but it is fruit flavored. I would buy again. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it took a while to dissolve.

This energy/hydration drink is awesome. It has great flavor and definitely keeps you hydrated. I used it during tennis matches in the heat of the summer and it helps alot with all the liquid I am losing in the hot summer months. It is also good for a time when you feel like you need an extra boost of energy throughout the day. It is nice also that is has no sugar or calories. The packaging is very convenient, as I can take the packets on the road and mix with my water.
