The 4D Premium packets have been a pleasant experience to use. However, the majority of the other brands we have sampled have an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste. We are currently using the tropical punch flavor, which offers a delightful balance of sweetness and fruitiness without being overpowering. It's listed as helping with focus, joint care, skin, and electrolytes. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

Even though I drink a lot of water, I wanted to lower my intake of coffee. This drink is perfect I can add as little or as much to my water as I want. The taste is good. Easy packets that you can just take with you. Gives you a great boost of energy. I would definitely buy again.

4D offers 'premium ' amino, vitamin, and energy in pre-portioned individual packets. Similar to the ones used to flavor water but much healthier. Nice flavor, but really sweet in regular 17 oz bottle. Not sure about the claims of better/increased focus, skin health, endurance, but looking forward to any positive effects.

I was not sure what to expect from 4D based on its recommended use. I have consumed the product several times, including during a normal workday (where I sit at a computer) and prior to spending several hours doing yard work on a very hot and humid day. I feel that the product does provide a kick in the rear allowing me to concentrate while doing my day job. Also, when I used it prior to working outside, I seemed to not feel thirsty and dehydrated as I normally would, although the perspiration was immense. With these results, I believe that 4D does live up to its claims.

I got this a couple weeks ago and decided to try it before my workout. I’ve been working out for years and I have never taken any pre workout drinks, I was always skeptical about pre workout drinks, thought they really didn’t work. I love the taste of this one and it gives me the energy I need to get through my workout!

This product works like any other powder pack drink additive. Tear package and pour into your water bottle. Overall the flavor was pretty good. I’m not a nutritionist so I’m not going to tell you about how beneficial all the extra nutrients in the pack are. Some of the daily nutritional percentages are ridiculously high. I have used these for a week now and don’t have anything negative to say about it.

This is the best tasting energy drink, it is super sweet but that's what I like about it, the sweetness curbs my craving for sweets. I use to drink 5-6 cokes a day but this has completely stopped my desire for them. I also love all the nutrients it contains and one packet goes a long way. So to say I'm happy to have found this is an understatement.

Pleasantly surprised with this product. It gave me a good amount of energy to complete all the tasks that I had on my list. I never felt jittery, more like my batteries had been recharged. It doesn’t taste bad, but not amazing either. It was pretty sweet, even thought I diluted it quite a bit. I appreciate the single use packets as I can stick a few in my work bag. I also like that it does not contain any artificial colors. The vitamins were all good, I like that it does not contain synthetic vitamin E.
