Pros: The taste is really good. It was t strong and over powering it was very refreshing and didn’t feel super sugary either. The directions say to drink this 30 minutes before a physical activity so I replaced it with my preworkout to see how it measured up. It didn’t give me the tingles which some pre workouts can do. I did feel an increase of energy. Cons: It did make me feel a little jittery and shakey but it didn’t boost my work out endurance like other pre workout powders.

It is packed with vitamins and minerals, but also dairy, gluten, soy and GMO free. It is also vegan and keto friendly. I thought the taste was refreshing and I was impressed it contained 10 vitamins, minerals, yet no calories! I did feel a boost after drinking it! The only downside I see is that it contains sucralose ( to be sugar free) and some people are sensitive to this sugar substitute. Overall I would recommend this product!

These drink packets taste good, but it instructs to mix in 16 ounces of water and I felt like closer to 30 ounces was the right ratio. The flavor is better for my taste and seems to dissolve better. My main critique of the packaging would be that the perforation doesnt allow for the tube to be opened too well and was a bit of a hassle to actually get it open to pour into my drink. Overall, I really liked these.

I'm not much of a plain water drinker so I did like this product. The flavor is fruit punch but light, not overpowering like some fruit punch flavors. I like that they are individual packets which makes it handy on the go. As far as extra energy it did seem to help give a little extra to help me get through the mornings then I'd drink another around lunch to power through the rest of the day. Overall a good product. I will continue to use.

The 4D mix was surprisingly flavorful for health drink with so many benefits. I tried the fruit punch flavor and it was delicious. I was impressed with all the benefits including joint and skin care. I appreciate that it is zero calories too. It is nice to have a boost before I work out because it is easy to make excuses to skip working because I do not have the energy. The only negative is that it may be a little pricey per serving.

This is a nice little drink add in. The fruit punch flavor tastes good but is a little too sweet for me to use as suggested (mixed with 16-24oz of water). I use half the amount per the same amount of water and it works well. The powder itself has a slight carboard smell to it but once water is added it disappears and you dont taste it. I've been using it about 30 minutes prior to my workout as suggested and I haven't noticed any huge difference in energy levels though I also didn't get the jitters or anxious from it which I prefer. I love that it is dairy free, gluten free and has zero calories! Great way to add some flavor, vitamins and amino acids to your water.

I have tried several energy drinks and they have always been too sweet. This 4D Clean Energy is very tasty and not to sweet! I really enjoyed it, and did give me more energy. As a parent with seven children 9 and younger this gives me the boost I need to get through the day.

Boost of energy with a great flavor thatis not filled with tons of sugar and other bad ingredients in the label. Definitely a plus vegan, gluten free, and keto friendly. This works before a workout for that energy, mid day for that energy needed to finish the day vs a cup of coffee or Redbull. Flavor was light and tasty not overbearing with taste.
