This is so much better than your typical energy drink! It’s absolutely packed with vitamins, doesn’t make you jittery, and gives you the perfect boost of energy. I definitely feel more focused after drinking one. The flavor is delicious too! It doesn’t taste too artificial and it’s not too sweet. I will definitely be drinking this regularly from now on!

I recently gave the 4D Premium Energy Performance packets a try. I decided to follow the recommendation of taking it 30 minutes before exercising. The drink is super easy to mix, and I could prepare it on the go. After using it regularly, I definitely felt like I had more energy and stamina during my workouts. I used a 20 ounce bottle of water because I did not want it too sweet or too diluted abd that seemed to be perfect. I’m not a big sweet drinker so the amount of sweetness was great for me. I don’t know what the sweetener is but there was no offensive aftertaste. It’s listed as sugar-free with 0 cal which is a nice bonus. I didn’t really notice a big burst of energy, that’s the reason for the 4 stars but also did not notice a crash either.

This Energy Supplement is AMAZING! The clean ingredients are top tier, and it also tastes great! You can feel the results pretty much instantly, there's not waiting 30 minutes for it to kick it. There's also no crash. I use a little over the recommended amount of water to minimize the sweet taste. I have taken this supplement prior to working out and even when I was sick with the flu, and it gave me enough energy to get through my day.

I just started using this 4D, and it has already helped me through a couple of tough days this week. I first tried it full strength according to the directions. Although it tasted very good, I wasn’t quite ready for the kick of caffeine and other energizing ingredients. I added more water and ice, and it was just right for me. I imagine that everyone will have their own unique ratio of water to 4D. In addition to helping with my morning workout, I felt that I could focus a bit better at work, which was really nice. As you will see in the photos it is a nice fine powder, which dissolves easily in water. I have been using a 24oz bottle of water and putting about ¾ of the 4D in and saving the rest for when I refill it. I imagine that I may start to get used to the caffeine and may end up slowly putting the whole amount in.

The thing I like most about this product is that I'm getting a premium drink packet with all the ingredients I need to stay fit, be healthy, tastes great and its zero calories! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who what's to add this to their daily supplement regime.
