I have been buying Member Mark 90/10 for years and have been very satisfied with the product. They didn't have the 90/10 so I bought the 88/12 and the change 2% made was dramatic. I browned the ground beef for chili and there was so much fat and water I had to drain off I couldn't believe it. It was like I had bought 72/25 meat. I hope they will still carry the 90/10 because I won't buy the 88/12 again.

Constant price hikes! I thought prices were going down? I purchase this ground beef every week. The last few months, the price went from $4.28 to $4.58 to $4.78 to $4.98, and now it's at $5.09LB. Sams isn't any cheaper than Publix now! What is the benefit of paying for a membership? Corporate Walmart greed!

Always fresh, terrific price and quality. I subdivide and freeze it to always have some on hand.
