I use a kitchen scale and a bowl to separate this into smaller servings. I put each serving into a freezer bag and store them in the freezer until I need them. It's great meat!

SAM’s 88/12 ground beef is the perfect ratio for a delicious juicy burger. YUM! Also great for making many other ground beef dishes such a soups, casseroles, sauces, and much more.

No complaints on quality, that was perfect! Just wish at this time in our country, with prices going up, We would be able to get some smaller quantities till things settle down on inflation so more of us could afford it better

Needed a lot of Ground beef for a new meatball recipe and this worked out great and was a good price.

There is no way this has 12% Fat based on my recent purchase and not sure how it is measured to say only 12% Fat for such a large packet. I purchased it to make hamburgers with it but later decide to just make chilli and the surprise of the amount of water Fat in this package was unbelievable, I wish I taken a photo of that!. Well, I was able to drain all that Fat but when it drains I was left with rock-like hard pcs from the Fat in the pan (so I picked up a few and taken the attached photo). Of course this not going to change my mind about Sam's quality and service, it could be I just got a packet of hard Fat and seems like bad stuff for anyone.! This is not a complaint by all means and would be buying a similar packet again to see if this happens one more time before I judge. So for those going to pan fry with Chilli should be more aware of what is in the pan.

This meat has questionable pieces in it. Not sure what it is, could be grizzle or fat, but to me it looks tubal. It's shape is spherical, and looks like a vein tube possibly? I don't know, either way I get grossed out easily and have been trying to keep myself from dry heaving at this point.

I cooked 2 burgers and when I went to turn them they were swimming in fat. I have bought my meat at Sam's for several years and recently the ground beef and pork chops are really bad.

The meat I bought was beautiful and it smelled fine, but when I cooked it, the aroma was awful. My husband said it smelled like cow manure. The “sell by” date was a couple days out, so I have no idea what was wrong. I ended up throwing it all away because we were afraid to eat it.

You double charged me and then say it takes 2 months to deal with it? Why would I want to do business with you?

Really disappointed in this hamburger meat. There were natural flavors in it and not just beef.
