SAM's 88/12 ground beef is the perfect ratio for a delicious juicy burger. YUM! Also great for making many other ground beef dishes such a soups, casseroles, sauces, and much more.

This was a great choice to use for Taco Tuesday, chili to have during a football game. I just wish the price of ground beef would come down some in price!

I use a kitchen scale and a bowl to separate this into smaller servings. I put each serving into a freezer bag and store them in the freezer until I need them. It's great meat!

I this item regularly, always check the dates because the store doesn't and ALWAYS WATCH THE PRICE PER POUND because it's always changing. Again watch the dates because a lot of times there are out of date meat in the case.

I buy this ground beef package at every Sam's visit. Cut each loaf in half then vacuum seal each pound and freeze. Would like a 70/30 option for smash burgers but this works for everything we use ground beef for.

This is my ground beef of choice. I like it very much. I choose it over other grocery store ground beef. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because sometimes I need it in packages of 4 3/4 lbs, which you used to do, but do not any more. That size is PERFECT for buying your 24 count slider buns and making 24 3 ounce sliders. BUT, it is only perfect when there is 4 3/4 lbs of meat in the package. Otherwise I only get 23 3 ounce sliders because your weight is in some of the blood absorbed by the pad on the bottom and I don't get that into a patty. I do with 4 3/4 lbs.

No complaints on quality, that was perfect! Just wish at this time in our country, with prices going up, We would be able to get some smaller quantities till things settle down on inflation so more of us could afford it better

The meat I bought was beautiful and it smelled fine, but when I cooked it, the aroma was awful. My husband said it smelled like cow manure. The “sell by” date was a couple days out, so I have no idea what was wrong. I ended up throwing it all away because we were afraid to eat it.

I cooked 2 burgers and when I went to turn them they were swimming in fat. I have bought my meat at Sam's for several years and recently the ground beef and pork chops are really bad.

When I started cooking this meat, the smell was so horrible, that I threw it away. My husband came in & asked what is that awful smell in the house. We had to open up the doors & light candles to get rid of the smell
