This is an excellent product. First time purchased by me. Made burgers, froze them raw, cooked them on the griddle. Best burgers ever.

Beef was very fatty and contained some grizzle. I will pay for a better grade of ground beef before I would buy the 88% again.

Great price/lb., fresh, and lasts about a week in the fridge if I do not have time to cook after shopping.

Yuck! Made a pot of chili with half of this package. Tasted terrible! No one would eat it, even the dog! We all had terrible stomach pains and diarrhea after eating just a few bites. Threw out the rest of this hamburger meat!
