Good value, fresh, appropriate fat content. Great for sauces, etc. Hamburgers, I would make my own ground mix for more beefy flavor and texture.

We buy this fresh and divide into approx 1 lb portions to freeze. It’s cheaper per pound and always delicious to use in any recipe.

The meat was nicely packaged and bright in color. I buy in bulk because I love tacos, burgers, and spaghetti.

This is the best beef with 88% lean. I use it for Spanish rice and meatloaf, etc. And it is the cheapest I have found.

Another favorite of mine. I use this in my spaghetti, meat loaf, chili and shepherds pie, all staples of mine.

I have no problems with the ground beef from Sam's. Far better quality than their walmart version, and Id put it above Publix quality.

The Hamburger is excellent. It cooks very well. I use it to make Hamburger steak and gravy. It is always good to buy and eat good meat.

Always buy this ratio of ground beef, less fat that I would be disposing off anyway so why buy more fat. Great taste and I get a lot of product

Always consistently good, and even tho it says 88/12 it has very little fat content! Reasonable price and freezes well.
