Good ground hamburger meat. It's consistent and product always taste good. We only buy our meats from Sam's. Never been disappointed.

There was some grisol in this ground meat that was unexpected. It honestly could have been bone. It was hard and beige in color.

I prefer 90% lean, but this is a good substitute. I miss the 90% lean that you used to have in the smaller packages like this one.

The fat to lean ratio is good. Seems to be fresher looking and more appealing than other stores. Cooks up just fine for my needs.
