I made a delicious meatloaf with this ground beef and there was practically zero fat remaining in the pan. To me it was just as good and healthy as the 90/10 .

Recommend the hamburg I like the fact that you get a large package you can bring it home. I did it up in different sizes and put it in the freezer for different meals which is convenient.

I don’t know what’s happened, but the last two times I’ve purchased this the quality has not been good. It has a weird taste and I had trouble eating it because it tasted bad. I probably won’t buy it again. What a waste.
