We have been on a healthier life journey and Sams has been a great help. There buyer for vegetables has made it easy to have steam veggies or delicious salads.

Usually buy the 90% Lean/10% fat,so this was a trial meatloaf and casserole using 88/12%. Delicious&plentiful! We could not tell any difference. Would recommend and will buy again.

This is good hamburger meat at a lower cost than most of the local supermarkets. The only issue we found is the actual weight is lower than what is indicated on the packaging.

I was really happy with this meat. I use ground beef a lot. This was fresh and had no discolored areas like can sometimes be found in the center. It's good quality meat.

At these times with all meat being pricey you still have to have hamburger meet for so many different meals. It is always fresh & not pre packaged & shipped in. which is really nice.

I usually buy the 3-packs of 93/7, but my local store was out and I needed ground beef, so I bought this. It was fine, but definitely not 88% lean. Reminded me more of 73% I have used.

Have a lot of dishes for ground beef, hamburgers to mat loaf and knows how many in between. Because it is 88/12 there is not a lot of fat to change the taste or texter of the dish.

I made a delicious meatloaf with this ground beef and there was practically zero fat remaining in the pan. To me it was just as good and healthy as the 90/10 .

It's okay cooked into something with lots of other things added to it but it's not good as a burger. I prefer Kroger/Harris Teeter it taste more like hamburger should taste.
