This is a really convenient option for lunch or dinner, and the salmon is tender and flavorful. I tried the sauce packets that come with the product, but I've found that I prefer using Kinder's Japanese BBQ sauce for dipping. I also note that several reviewers have mentions that they can't find the "sell by" or expiration dates on the product packaging. I've found in my experience that not all of the items are marked, but that, if I shuffle through them, I can find at least a few that are tagged with small stickers that give the information.

They are heavily smoked and salted. Noted that they may not work for every use where smoked salmon is required, but it was good nontheless. They have a flavor similar to a mexican dish from Nayarit called pescado sarandeado. We had it in a taco with light mayo, white rice, avocado, and a spicy salsa made of blended serranos with lemom juice and salt, garnished with thin slices of red onion. Yumm!

The salmon bites were very good on our salads. The sauces weren’t. I’m not sure what to use the little bamboo tongs for, as we didn’t need them for the salmon. The box design could use a better seal on the little windows as things fell out because they are wide open. I’d definitely buy the salmon again for the Asian salad and add some mandarin oranges, too. Prettier good salmon.

These were absolutely delicious! I put them in the air fryer had to cook the entire package because they were about to expire and I ate almost every one of them throughout the day. Great source of protein the sauce is not needed. So much flavor!!!! The other reviews related to no exp date, I had a sticker on mine with the date

We can’t eat these. They are a bit too salty and I didn’t realize they were smoked

It’s okay. Alittle salty. But if you pair it with some crackers and wine it be great.
