I have walked past these for years. They catch my eye, but I am somewhat particular about salmon. I didn’t want to spend $16 just to not like the food. I had a craving for smoked salmon, so I decided to finally try them. Wow! I love the taste and texture. The fish is also divided into four individually sealed containers which helps with freshness and portion control. I can easily eat a pack in one sitting, but thankfully it’s relatively healthy. For now I have eaten the fish straight out of the package and also on bagels with onions, cream cheese, and capers. Technically this fish is dryer than lox, but it still tastes great! I will definitely buy this item again.

We use these with dipping sauces for a snack. I make salmon salad sandwiches , salmon patties, and add it to the kale pasta salad sold premade from Sam's Club. Delish

These smokey tasting salmon bites are a delicious protein choice and ready to eat. I place the extra sealed portions in the freezer until I am ready to serve them. I also prefer the bits with cream cheese and crackers.

Conveniently packaged and ready for on the go protein - all you need is a toothpick! Always fresh and tasty. Be sure not to let them get squashed… so much easier to eat when they’re all in one piece. They’re wonderful to put on a tray for appetizers. My teenagers absolutely love them. The only thing I would wish is that they weren’t so pricey.

I buy these every time I go. So delicious and so fresh! I eat one for lunch, or for a morning snack. I even got my family in Washington hooked on these, so I have to buy extra for them if they visit or if I go visit since they don't have a Sam's. I use a toothpick to eat them so my fingers don't smell smokey the rest of the day, because they will! lol. Wish it wasn't so expensive- I have to start cutting back with this economy, but 100% worth trying if you love smoked salmon.

I guess Tigger (that would be me) is not a big fan of smoked Salmon. I thought this would be a good way to increase protein intake but the high salt content squashed that expectation rather quickly. I ended up freezing them and will bring them out at the next family get together.

The salmon tastes good with a little smoked flavor. I like the 4 4oz packages for freshness, EXCEPT only 1 has the bar code and nutrition info and another has the expiration sticker. If you want this info you have to make sure you eat them in an order and move the sticker.

Poorly packaged, the cubes are smashed and broken in nearly every pack, they used to be well packaged in a cardboard container. The expiration date is on a sticker that is on one of the packs rather than all four packs, so when you separate the packs you loose the expiration date and have to throw away unused packs if you didn't record the date somewhere. The date on a sticker rather than the packs is likely an indication that it was previously frozen.

I found the flavor a bit strong. However, I did simply toss a single packet into a salad for some protein, so that could account for the slightly more intense flavor. Perhaps mixing it in a cooked dish or with some other strong flavors it would balance out. Seemed to be fairly fresh as well.

The last two times I ordered these salmon bites, they had a different brand, and I couldn't even give them away because they were too smoky. If they would bring back the salmon bites as pictured above, I would definitely buy them. Everyone loved them!!
