For the money, about half of the steaks were inedible. I think that is way too much for what they charge per pound.

This is by far some of the worst steaks I’ve ever bought. It was extremely tough and dry. I cooked it to med rare and it was disgusting.

Compared to other stores close to me in Athens, this is some of the best meat I have had. I will definitely come back and stock up more.

They were horrible They were tough and chewy. I tried cooking them several different ways and nothing worked. Do not buy.

I tossed these in the instant pot with celery and carrots. It was like having 6 mini roasts I didnt have to slice. Tender juicy... yum. Mine were not fatty, nor did they have any gristle. I made gravy out of the stock. I would definitely recommend this cut of beef.

Typically I will get the top sirloin to grill but Sam's was out at the time so I went with these steaks. They were a little tougher than normal, but still had pretty good flavor. I see multiple individuals mentioning that they are great in the slow cooker but I have only tried them on the grill. If top sirloin is available next time I would probably get that, but this was not a bad buy.

Quality/price were great. Love these steaks!
