We BBQed this Seared it off wrapped in foil then low and slow for a couple of hours It was like butter!!

We love this four pack of steaks, the size, the thickness is perfect. We have two dinners out of it or if Kobe is here we have one left. Whenever he asked for steaks or we want steaks, we always grab this four pack.

Very lean and delicious beef. I cooked them on the barbecue grill.

Good steaks for the $. I was using a new electric grill, so next time I wouldn't grill them as long. The steak itself had good flavor.

The meat was very tough and chewy.

I am 75 years old and this was the worst cut of beef in my life. There was no way someone could chew this stuff. Shoe leather would have been better.
