These would gag a maggot. Bought these to grill , first bite my wife spit it out, my first bite I did the same. Taste spoiled and texture was mushy . I through them all out.

So i told the butcher the meat i bought it was not good very very tough cant hardly chew never had that experience every meat i bought at Sam's was very good but for some reason this one was bad and the butcher really didn't do or say anything i was disappointed.

Great price and great steak! 🥩 we get this steak all the time as it fits our food budget and we get two meals out of it. After cooking we cut the steak up into bite size pieces and we plate only what we eat. Then the next day I’ll chop up left over potatoes and steak bites throw them in the air fryer and top with cheese. We are a family of 4. Our favorite Sunday dinner.

We've been buying this cut for a couple of years. And it's not known for being a tender cut - so a little toughness is to be expected, but I don't know if the source switched or what. In recent months, this is an extremely tough chew. I get tired of chewing before I'm full and don't think I'll be buying this cut any longer. I don't know what it's good for.

I’m a huge fan of the meat department at Sam’s! They offer a huge array of quality and types of meats! I especially love purchasing the Prime and Angus grade beefs!! The meats are always fresh and the selection is great! Among other cuts of beef, I have been buying sirloin steaks to make my Thai and Asian dishes for years! Never been disappointed!

Sams has a great meat department. I pick up steaks every week. There prime beef is always tender and flavorful. I also love the medallion cut filets. The choice beef is flavorful and a great buy for when you can’t spend as much. Thank you SAMS Club meat department for giving the consumer so many great options for beef.

Hoped that this would be great off the grill. Anything, but that. It was very grizzly and tough. It also had a gamy taste to it. Thankfully, I only grilled one to start with. I will have to do some thing with the rest to add a different flavor to them. Disappointing thought I was getting a reasonable deal.

Bought with intention to grill, when opened the package the very same day, it smelled bad. I cooked it anyways in hopes it was okay. It was not. It was scaly and tasted like rotten meat. The expiration date on it was a while away so I’m not sure where it could have gone bad. For the price I paid I shouldn’t have to be throwing it away. I was very disappointed

Meat had too many nerves.

This meat was rotten and had to throw it all away. Will not buy red meat from Sam’s ever again.
