Bought with intention to grill, when opened the package the very same day, it smelled bad. I cooked it anyways in hopes it was okay. It was not. It was scaly and tasted like rotten meat. The expiration date on it was a while away so I’m not sure where it could have gone bad. For the price I paid I shouldn’t have to be throwing it away. I was very disappointed

Usually good, these were not quite as good. Might be better marinated or used in a stew.

Nice steaks for on the grill or in a frying pan with butter, onions and garlic.

Cut the meat in cube to cook in a soup.

Very fatty and tough to chew. Had to trim off a lot and so much waste. Not worth the money.
