We love the water dispenser and in a curious coincidence, the automatic water pitcher hold the exact amount of water needed to fill our Zero water filter pitcher. The colors go perfectly with our paint scheme.

I've had past issues with other refrigerators that had ice makers in the top section. I like the drawer ice maker and really like the drink station. I use the carafe more than the water dispenser itself. There is plenty of storage space and the mid drawer is convenient for snacks. The glass front surface is easy to maintain and looks great.

Being able to choose a color that was beyond black, white, or silver initially interested us and the design added to the modern look we were wanting. There is SO much room, and we love that it is all customizable, from the shelves inside to the door shelves, you can choose how you want to arrange it. The beverage center is fantastic for a quick water bottle fill up, and we always have a cold pitcher of water or iced tea ready to go. Lastly, the freezer is another huge space and the two different ice options are fantastic! We loved it so much we ended up purchasing the entire Bespoke suite with the dishwasher and oven. The navy is such a unique and subtle color, and each appliance offers so much versatility and efficiency. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and look forward to years of use with these appliances!

I've had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

The automatic refilling of the interior pitcher is an awesome as it holds 48 oz. Love the many compartments and shelves. Perfect except it needs the gravity drawers and doors. Miss the automatic closures. Also could use more than one shelf to hold tall wine bottles. Highly recommend this refrigerator!

Love the clean aesthetic as we are treating it as a built in. One bummer is the way the doors are hinged, you cant install this flush with a wall or cabinets as the main doors need a few inches of clearance to open.
