[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the aesthetics of this refrigerator, my only drawback is the adjustability of the middle shelf. It would be better if it had a larger range of movement for shelves. For example, it doesn't accommodate a 16.9 Oz bottle of water because the shelf is too low. Other common items (milk cartons, juice bottles, etc.) also can't fit and the doors can't accommodate them too well either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model seems to be very nice. We love the automatic fill pitcher. Even though we downsized to a little bit smaller refrigerator it seems to be very roomy. We also love the automatic ice maker of two different sizes. Overall great fridge.

I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

The sleek and modern flat glass panels are attractive and instantly upgrades any kitchen. The interchangeable color panels also offer families the ability to change the overall look of their kitchens without buying new appliances. In addition, the lack of protruding handles contributes to this fridge’s overall classy appearance. The inside features of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator offer the ultimate in flexibility and space. Expansive shelves offer ample room to accommodate the needs of our large family. Everything is able to be organized into a space that offers the best temperature setting to maintain freshness. The beverage center has been a huge plus with this refrigerator. We love the ability to store a variety of drinks and have them easily accessible without having to open the entire fridge. Having the water pitcher that automatically refills with fresh filtered water makes hydration a breeze! One of the most valued features of the fridge for us has been the flexibility to change the temperature of the center drawer, allowing us to have additional storage space for deli meats and cheese. Finally, the freezer compartments for the fridge are huge and provide plenty of space for frozen foods and two sizes of ice! Having the ability to monitor and control all the temperature settings from our phones makes everything about this refrigerator even better.

Somehow it has much more room and runs much better. The layout is excellent and I really like this refrigerator. I also like the beverage center it is very useful.

Everything is working a expected so far and the beverage center is a must have upgrade as it has both water dispenser and auto fill pitcher. The middle drawer is very nice and meta cooling sheet in main area seems to be nice to have as well.

I got the one with the beverage center and we use the water pitcher every single day! I also love the two sizes of ice in the freezer! The room I have for all my food is excellent as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still love this refrigerator. I had a problem with the first one after a month I finally received a new one and so far--so good. This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).
