I was hesitant to get another Samsung refrigerator because I had a previous one that was the “lawsuit” one that caused me constant issues, but this one had such good reviews and a good warranty, I decided to try again. It is stunning and love the new features such as the water pitcher in the door and the flex drawer which I use as my wine drawer. I also love the 2 different types of ice it makes.

My favorite feature is the self filling water pitcher. There is so much space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The white glass is absolutely beautiful.

There is a Lot of room as well as 2 different size ice cubes. When you're having a gathering it is awesome, the white glass face really has a different look to it and I have had a ton of compliments from people.

I was going to downgrade to a different model, but I kept coming back. It is superb with the divided fridge doors to keep the unit cold, and the drawers for the snack items is genious. I am loving the beverage center ans the two sizes of ice cubes. I will be enjoying this for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this fridge SO much!! This is a super sleek, gorgeous looking fridge that really makes my kitchen look elegant and modern. I took a chance and went with the white glass panels instead of the typical stainless steel, and am so happy with this decision - I was worried it was going to be too much white in my all-white kitchen, but the fridge isn't a flat bright white. It has some neutral gray tones that look beautiful. It doesn't match the other white tones in my kitchen perfectly, but I have a few variations of white tones, so it actually brought the kitchen together better, making the different tones look more intentional. The glass panels could also be great for keeping a shopping list with a dry erase marker - I've been wanting to try this, but haven't yet, since I love the look as-is. The fridge is also super versatile - if I ever get bored of the all white, or if they get damaged, I can swap out the panels for another color or finish. Only thing I would point out is that the front of the fridge, or maybe just the glass panel finish, doesn't hold magnets. Also, like I mentioned, it's not a true white, so I would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. I also got the counter depth fridge. It still sticks out a bit, but that's where the door hinge is, so it looks like that is needed to not bump against the wall. The fridge is a really great size, even for counter-depth. I haven't had a problem fitting everything I need, except one particularly large pizza box. I'm not used to a French door style fridge, so I had to get used to the freezer drawer at the bottom that feels heavier than I'm used to coming from a side-by-side fridge, but this also has plenty of room for everything. It also has two different types of ice - regular size, and smaller bite size, which my family is obsessed with. But my absolute FAVORITE feature has to be the Beverage Center - the AutoFill water pitcher has been the best thing I've ever used, and makes it so convenient and fast to get water, or take a pitcher to the dog's water bowl. I can't go back to a fridge without it. Last thing I wanted to mention is that this is a wifi enabled fridge that can connect to Samsung's app. I didn't think I would use this at all, but it's actually really helpful to get notifications if you accidentally leave your fridge door slightly open and walked away. Overall, super pleased with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex drawer is a game changer. As a mom, it’s awesome to put kid friendly, ready-to-eat snacks for easy reaching. No more climbing on a chair to reach! We are also a huge fan of the pitcher. It’s great for when you’re in a rush and need to fill a water bottle but don’t want to wait for the dispenser to fill it. I can fill an entire 40 oz Stanley and there is still water left in the pitcher. And then it refills itself as soon as it’s put back in its spot! The ice is awesome too! I was able to get rid of my countertop ice maker and save space in my kitchen. Love having a variety.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home last fall, and we had been using our “garage” fridge that was not very pretty refrigerator up until we received our Samsung Bespoke with Beverage Center. The counter depth size is exactly what we needed to fit in our kitchen, and it does fit perfectly. I also knew I wanted a water dispenser and ice maker. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the ice being in the freezer drawer, but I actually don't mind it at all. I absolutely love that we have the option for 2 sizes of ice, I prefer the smaller size. I love so many things about this refrigerator. The beverage center makes it easy to grab a drink without digging through fridge and my daughter likes that I keep it filled with juice boxes. I also make tea pretty regularly and the pitcher comes in handy for that. I don't have to sit with my pitcher under the dispenser anymore waiting for it to fill. I was worried with it being counter depth that we would lose out on space, but I feel like it has way more usable room than I expected, especially since it doesn't have the icemaker in the top like some others do. The doors hold a lot, there are adjustable shelves and ones of the shelves fold in to expand for taller items. I can't forget to mention the flex drawer, we use this for cheese and meats basically. I love that it can be adjusted to use for other things, but for us we use a lot of cheese, deli meat and on the go foods. It is so easy to keep clean. I really love this fridge and how it looks in my kitchen.

One thing, white color seems to be not real white. The color is looks like light gray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give it a 5 but I have one issue. The ice container needs redesigning. The ice bowl does not reach the end of the ice cabinet therefore causing ice to lodge in between the bowl and cabinet making it necessary to completely remove the bowl to retrieve the ice. Usually the bowl is full of ice so this makes removal difficult. I’m also not a fan of the two closures for the ice bin. I would prefer just one with the ice scoop placed on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge a couple of months ago. we really liked the beverage feature of the fridge, especially the jug. it is very convenient to use and we love how it refills itself. We also like that we can write on the fridge with dry-erase markers and leave cool notes for the family. We love the amount of space we get with the extra drawers and the cabinets. we really like the ice cubes and how they separate the big cubes and the small cubes. since the ice maker is in the freezer, the top shelf got extra space. the middle shelf was good to cool your wine, beer, and some spices. It is a well-thought design. I hope this fridge runs for at least 20 years, as my previous Samsung one only lasted 6 years, my fingers are crossed!
