Best fridge I have ever owned, so much space for everything one needs. I love the two drawers one being the freezer ant the bottom and the middle drawer can be set to a freezer or fridge temps and can be used as a freezer, beverage drawer or deli drawer. The temperatures are easily adjustable inside the fridge to whatever you prefer. We use it for deli and it’s great to keep meat and cheeses seperate in the fridge. The organization in this fridge is amazing we love the beverage door that opens only part of the door to access beverages and the water jug. It’s a huge hit in my home and everyone loves this High end, high class cool fridge. The door ding is great for if you have kids that leave the door open too long serves as a great reminder for them to close the fridge in a timely matter. Truly the best fridge ever with the best features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few years ago and it's been one of the best fridges I've owned. Besides it being trouble free the configuration of the fridge is pretty awesome. Since this fridge is 30 cubic feet, there is more than enough space for all of the various compartments. The 2 best compartments are the oversized vegetable and same sized fresh fruit bins. The middle bin is also a great feature because the temperature can be set from freezing to normal fridge temps. All of the materials that make up this unit are top quality. Stainless steel inside and out are in fact stainless and don't dent too easily. The lines are clean and the construction of the water station and ice bins are top notch. The technology imbedded in the fridge is excellent. The water station provides fresh filtered water in an infusion pitcher. Along side the pitcher is a water fountain for a quick glass of water. Samsung has an app, called “smart things,” which allows you to control the temperature in all 3 sections of the fridge, and lets you know when the filter needs to be replaced. Which is my only complaint; the filter does not last very long. For the money, I couldn't be happier with this refrigerator. I feel like I got great value for my money.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best laid out refrigerator Ive ever owned. I've bought many appliances over the years. I currently have two kitchens. The Samsung Bespoken is so spacious. I love the that all the condiments and more can fit in the side doors leaving the main body very roomy for large items. It's wonderful for organizing properly. The option draw of cool/ freeze is great. The freezer is massive and I love the double ice bin. I can better control the ice by use the scoop verses the traditional in the door ice that spits out ice all over the floor. I can't say enough about how pleased my family is with our purchase. Thank you Samsung, you've done it get - hone run !!!!

I missed it so much I had to get for my new house a new Bespoke refrigerator also. We love the Beverage Center and Capacity I would highly recommend this Refrigerator. The Compartment gives you plenty of room. Had to get used to the Configuration

I LOVE the beverage center, and the middle drawer for deli meats and cans of soda. I like the fact that if one of my kids doesn't close the doors all the way I get a notification on my phone! This top fridge has been easy on my back and perfect level to look at the inside of the fridge instead of lower. Love it! I'm recommending you to looking into this for your kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super large capacity! Huge freezer with a drawer on top and large ice storage. Very large fridge section storage on both doors. Love the water dispenser built into door on left side not visible from outside of fridge. There is also another drawer beneath the French doors! Tons of room for everything in this fridge. Easy to clean and no finger print feature is a plus. Stainless steel exterior. Also like the smart technology.

The deli drawer is very huge and can be divided in a various section depending on your needs also the ice Ice cubes with both size are great. The regular ice cubes in the nugget ice cubes with the scoop and it's a little holding case very conveniently located in the freezer drawers.
