We've had the bespoke 4-door fridge for three months, and it has been working and looking flawlessly beautiful. What a superb product by Samsung leaving the competition catching up.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is works exactly as I have hoped! the ability to have a space just for my kids is perfect. They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super large capacity! Huge freezer with a drawer on top and large ice storage. Very large fridge section storage on both doors. Love the water dispenser built into door on left side not visible from outside of fridge. There is also another drawer beneath the French doors! Tons of room for everything in this fridge. Easy to clean and no finger print feature is a plus. Stainless steel exterior. Also like the smart technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy with our new refrigerator, it looks great and we are happy with the setup inside of it, we were very hesitant about having the water inside the door instead of outside, but we love it. I would have to say the worst part is trying to get my extra panels as part of our purchase rebate, it seems impossible to find a human being.

The flex drawer is a great option, but everyone's favorite is the beverage center! People love figuring out the "secret door" - and who doesn't love a water pitcher that refills itself?

The ice maker is down hidden in the freezer compartment, which we love (don't need to worry about it freezing up from refrigerator condensation). Also, the water dispenser is hidden to complete the look. Plenty of storage. We love it, and are so happy with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of capacity and the fact you can change the color made the difference to us. Could not locate it in black but we were able to get the black panels. We have the original stainless panels if other kitchen appliances fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The style of this refrigerator fits right in with my kitchen cabinets. Looks like it was just made for it. The no handle doors are great and the four doors are very convenient. The long middle drawer is great for odd size foods and I can change the temperature accordingly. My fave door is the water pitcher and 2 shelves. I keep my heavy cream in there which makes it very handy to grab in the morning for my coffee. Overall, I'm very pleased with every aspect of this refrigerator and it's extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for about 8-9 months and so far, so good. Love the ice maker in the freezer, much better than in the door. The beverage center is great, like that there is not water drips on the door. The door panels are a little thin but have not have any problems so far.
