Had to replace its predecessor after 10 years. Improved wheels (that won't go flat) and more stainless steel connections will last longer. Good upgrades and a great value. Takes 150' feet of house easily.

I have purchased many hose reels in my adult life and have never had one that would last very long. When I saw this one sitting in Sam's, I knew it was probably what I needed to last me and probably would not have to buy another one. I am very pleased with the quality and the price was reasonable, considering how much I have wasted on all the others. I am proud of my purchase.

It's a nice hose reel cart but the connection from the hose to the cart is cheaply made and immediately leaks. It sprays water out of it so you always get sprayed and wet when turning on the water. The rest of the cars is nice and works the way it should

We love having hose carts. This is the third we've purchased and it is my least fave. It does DO the job. The previous carts purchased from SAMS have had the basket below and the hose reel above the basket. It may seem less top heavy I presume that was the reason for the design changes. I like having the cart with a full tray on the bottom for storage of items over the smaller side basket. Personal preference is the only reason to give it a 4 out of 5.

There were a few holes that were not punched completely through the metal. Initially loading a long hose on to the reel can be a bit of a challenge. It took 2 of us to keep it all from spinning lose. After the initial loading of hose those, it works with ease for the most part.

very happy with this. It rolls up 200' of hose with ease and keeps it out of the lawn and ready for use. Some complaints are it is top heavy and in reality it is as it has a lot of hose on it but it has a narrow wheelbase which should be expected. pneumatic tires make it easy to roll around

We bought one of these a couple years ago. It may not be the best unit out there, but for the price it works well for our purpose, and bought a second one recently. To minimize rusting, they are store in our barn during the winter. Each holds 100 foot of 3/4" hose, with room to spare. Replaced the short feed hoses with high volume quick connects, makes it easy to daisey chain them when we need more than 100 feet of hose. Originally we had one unit with close to 200 feet of 3/4" hose on it, splitting to two units with 100 feet each makes it much easier to handle for us, and the second unit is stored 100 feet away from the first.

Well made. Holds a lot of hose and is easy to pull off amount of hose needed and even my six year old granddaughter could reel it back in with ease. It has accomplished my goal of getting all those hoses up off the lawn. I bought two and it took two people about an hour to assemble both. I would recommend a cordless drill, if you have one, especially if you will use the hose caddy a lot.

This cart was the most cost effective product I could find for a mobile hose reel. I was tired of buying plastic hose reels that, after baking for 2-3 years in the Arizona sun, needed replacement. This cart is very sturdy and was easy to put together. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. One thing that bothered me is that, when attaching the crank handle, there was only one bolt to attach it to the hose reel. The handle was drilled for two bolts but the manufacturer only supplied one bolt. After I finished assembling the cart, the handle did not fee sturdy when I tested it out. I went to the hardware store and bought a second matching bolt and added that to the handle. It's now much sturdier and I think it will make the handle last longer.

This hose reel is the most substantial and best built one with the lowest price that you'll find online or in any big box store. The basket holds various hose nozzles & the no-air tires make it easy to maneuver around the flower beds. We like it so much that we bought two: one for the front yard and one for the back yard.
