This was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy, only time will tell if it rusts, I like the large wheels, rolls easily on grass or asphalt, does not tip when pulling out hose.

The hose cart was exactly what we needed. It was very easy to assemble, sturdy and a good bang for the bucks. I would definitely recommend this for anyone in need of a great value hose cart.

Well built and sturdy. Easy to assemble with a metric wrench and a screwdriver. So much better than the plastic trash that most hose reels are made if these days

It’s a great hose reel but my issue was with the assembly. One of the axles was too short and the pin hole was blocked. I had to hammer in the other side and bend that pin in to get it to nudge. It was frustrating but it all worked out in the end.

Good but hose connection for bib hose is difficult. Hard to tighten and keep from leaking. Reel hose connection on 2 of three purchased reels at an angle that hose kinks when roll up hose on reel. Will see how things work out.

Good looking cart, easy to assemble. Only rated it a 3 because, with 120 feet of 5/8" hose, it is very top heavy. It is very hard to keep upright as you try to wind hose back onto the reel.

Connecting hose detaches from cart when unfolding hose. Cart re-loads hose in one place and wraps around spindle. Had to buy and replace gaskets and still has issues.

Hose connector/gasket leaked everywhere, basically did not work. I had to purchase my own in order for it to work. I reached out to you explaining my concerns and still haven't heard back, very disappointing.

The cotter pins that go on the wheels are thin pieces of wire and not made like a true cotter pin. The washer fell off over the pin. I had to re-bend them all to fit to hold washers and wheels on cart. Too expensive to have cheap parts
