Very well built. I have only had this for a couple of weeks but it appears to be very well built. I had an older unit that had the inflatable tires. This unit now has solid tires so I won't have to worry about them going flat. it was easy to assemble and i would definelty buy this product again. the price is great compare to other retailers.

Durable material for outdoor usages. But the design has a flaw, I think. When rolling the hose, the brass connector that connects the reel with the supplied hose leading to water supply is also rolled. That means it is not good. As a result, the supplied hose will twist all the way to the faucet when you roll the handle clockwise and the supplied hose at the brass connector would be detached when you roll the handle counterclockwise. I have to retrofit the reel a bit to keep the brass connector from moving.

Seems well made, but once assembled, if you roll up or out the hose (which is the purpose of the hose reel) it disconnects the hose from the spigot on the house. For some reason, it was not designed properly to allow the connecting hose to be independent of the action of the hose reel. It seems like the joint i tended to make the reel work as it should was assembled improperly at the factory, and that piece cannot be modified by the buyer. Will likely return and buy something else that works properly.

Replacement for like item bought at Sam’s Club approximately 8-10 years ago. The original one was left out past 2 years and finally rusted so needed to get another. Only difference with this one is the front wheels are fixed with no wagon type handle; doesn’t maneuver as smoothly as prior model. Would like to have that feature back but otherwise great buy!

Leader hose comes unscrewed from reel as you unwind the hose. Very disappointed.

It came with the fitting that leaks, and no contact information to get it replaced.

Just what I needed to handle a 125 ft garden hose this product is very well made and easy to maneuver in and out of the garden

The Carton arrived in good condition, all parts were in the Box. Instructions well written and Assembly took about 45 minutes. No leaks !!

Best hose reel I have ever purchased. Solid build, all metal ( no plastic) with heavy duty connections and flat free tires.

Needs wheel locks- something to keep it steady while retrieving and to hold in place while dispensing.
