First one had a broken fitting where the hose meet the reel. Returned it. Second one was missing a hole in the axel so I couldn’t attach the wheel.

Had it two days and it started to leak. But I'm 1 1/2 hours away so i haven't had a chance to return it.

Love it. Just wish the wheels had a brake on them. When I’m pulling the hose from the cart sometimes it rolls.

Great hose reel. Light but strong. Needs some tools to install but it’s great. Bought one and family member liked it so i ordered 2nd one for him. Way better than the one at Home Depot and way cheaper too

Easy to assemble, no problems. Appears durable and sturdy. Love the no fill tires. Recommend a cover to get longer life. I found a generator cover that works.

We purchased 2 of these. The first one was perfect. The second one required us to drill holes in the piece that runs through the wheels to put the pins in. One of the handles was bent up as well so we had to straighten it up to fit better. Otherwise, both are working good.

Very well built. I have only had this for a couple of weeks but it appears to be very well built. I had an older unit that had the inflatable tires. This unit now has solid tires so I won't have to worry about them going flat. it was easy to assemble and i would definelty buy this product again. the price is great compare to other retailers.

Seems well made, but once assembled, if you roll up or out the hose (which is the purpose of the hose reel) it disconnects the hose from the spigot on the house. For some reason, it was not designed properly to allow the connecting hose to be independent of the action of the hose reel. It seems like the joint i tended to make the reel work as it should was assembled improperly at the factory, and that piece cannot be modified by the buyer. Will likely return and buy something else that works properly.

Pros, easy to assemble. Reel works easily. Easy to move around. Reason price. Cons, even though we store it in a shed it’s already showing surface rust. Lead hose is very leaky. The washers that came with it are pretty much useless; they pop out as soon as you disconnect hose. We are picking up new ones today so hopefully better washers will help with leaking issue.

This Item looks great, but upon putting it to use I found several down sides. 1.) The hose connection spins with the drum and so unscrews from the hose. 2.) Each time I used it I would get a burst of rust from inside of the pipes that the hose is connected to. 3.) The outside of the unit started to show sings of rusting too, even had some discoloration under the paint where water dripped onto the piece that spans the top handle. Bottom line I took it back and would not recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it.
