Had it two days and it started to leak. But I'm 1 1/2 hours away so i haven't had a chance to return it.

First one had a broken fitting where the hose meet the reel. Returned it. Second one was missing a hole in the axel so I couldn’t attach the wheel.

Love it. Just wish the wheels had a brake on them. When I’m pulling the hose from the cart sometimes it rolls.

Great hose reel. Light but strong. Needs some tools to install but it’s great. Bought one and family member liked it so i ordered 2nd one for him. Way better than the one at Home Depot and way cheaper too

Easy to assemble, no problems. Appears durable and sturdy. Love the no fill tires. Recommend a cover to get longer life. I found a generator cover that works.

Replacement for like item bought at Sam’s Club approximately 8-10 years ago. The original one was left out past 2 years and finally rusted so needed to get another. Only difference with this one is the front wheels are fixed with no wagon type handle; doesn’t maneuver as smoothly as prior model. Would like to have that feature back but otherwise great buy!

Not a bad cart, more substantial than the plastic hose reels, but with typical China product problems. Both axles were too short; In order to use the cotter pins which attach the wheels I had to eliminate the washers which spaced the axles. Also, the bolts which attach the basket to the cart were missing. I needed to install my own bolts to mount the basket. The other bolts which came with the cart were the incorrect length. Easy to assemble.

During assembly, the screw lengths were all mismatched and improperly labeled, and the bolts were difficult to tighten even with an adjustable wrench (obviously not included.) This led to the product being very loose and wobbly in structure, and the best solution I had to tightening the bolts was to use a power screwdriver on the screws while holding the bolts in place with an adjustable wrench (an impractical solution.) The hose reel has three main components for water to travel through: 1.) a hose that plugs in from the faucet to the hose reel, 2.) the hose reel itself, and then 3.) the hose you plan on using to water, attached to the end of the hose reel. Upon winding/unwinding the hose reel to store #3 (the main purpose of the reel!) the component #1 will consistently unfasten itself from component #2. This has happened to us without fail despite tightening all points of the product with wrenches, pliers, and power screws. Unfortunately, these major design flaws overwhelmingly diminish the utility of the rest of the product (garden basket, stainless steel makeup, wheels for mobility.)

Durable material for outdoor usages. But the design has a flaw, I think. When rolling the hose, the brass connector that connects the reel with the supplied hose leading to water supply is also rolled. That means it is not good. As a result, the supplied hose will twist all the way to the faucet when you roll the handle clockwise and the supplied hose at the brass connector would be detached when you roll the handle counterclockwise. I have to retrofit the reel a bit to keep the brass connector from moving.

This Item looks great, but upon putting it to use I found several down sides. 1.) The hose connection spins with the drum and so unscrews from the hose. 2.) Each time I used it I would get a burst of rust from inside of the pipes that the hose is connected to. 3.) The outside of the unit started to show sings of rusting too, even had some discoloration under the paint where water dripped onto the piece that spans the top handle. Bottom line I took it back and would not recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it.
