Comparing other units from big box hardware stores and online giant it seemed like this was a great deal so I bought it. The first one I bought had a puncture hazard as it had welding wire stuck to the frame that was about an inch long and it was powder coated. One reach toward the wrong spot and you would need a tetnas shot. It also was a leaker and there was no way to tighten the leader hose enough as it was a swivel connector. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer with the provided phone number and email contact but they were unresponsive so I returned to the store. The 2nd one I bought is missing the axles so I’ll have to return that one too. As far as overall quality, had it worked w/o leaking I would give it 4 stars and if I were to rate it based on the cost then I could see giving it 5 stars. But considering a customer service that doesn’t return emails or phone messages and the problems I had I would give it zero stars if I could.

Great Hose Reel Cart easy to put together, sturdy

I bought this approximately a year ago and the input hose pigtail came off and cannot be reconnected. Quality is lacking.

I've had product 2 months. Connection hose leaks from both connecting points (cracked threads). Very disappointed.

Tires don't last. Only use it in the summer months and didn't get two summers use before the tires went bad.

I bought this and it immediately started leaking where the supply hose connects to the reel. I was not able to tighten it or remove the hose because the hose connector just spins. Returned it.
