I bought this several weeks ago. Unfortunately, as many others are stating the line rotates during the wind up and wind out process. This creates kinking in the input line from the hose spigot. Poor Design.... Considering taking back assembled.

I have bought hose reels from Sam’s club before and was happy with quality. This years product is so much lighter weight , missing the swivel front. When pulling hose off reel it tends to tip over due to lighter weight construction and smaller design if you are serious gardener this hose reel is not for you. Please sell previous product next year

Bought this a month ago to replace previous model. The new design is horrible. The inlet hose connector spins off when pulling the hose and it will cause the inlet to leak or sometimes the hose will just spin off completely and shoot water everywhere.

Overall I do like the cart and it works well but the piece that is the cent of the winding wheel and the handle attaches to came bent along with a small rip/tear at the end of the piece. I had to use a pair of players to bend the part just so it would allow the handle to be put on. I didn’t want to take it back to the club because I was already 90% finished putting it together and didn’t want to go through the hassle of loading it up, driving back to the club, exchanging it and then putting another one together.

I just got this in yesterday and put it together in about 45min, by myself. Between the provided instructions and the video Sam's offers, it was a reasonable project. I love that all the parts are rust resistant. The wheels glide smoothly, and they're the never-flat variety. Included hose and my garden hose attached without problems and there appear to be no leaks.

I came to the reviews to see if anyone else had the same issue we did- the hose that attaches to the faucet was twisting as I reeled the hose up. After reading a review on July 14, 2022, I was able to easily fixed the issue as described. Apparently several people have had this issue so maybe its something Members Mark should look into correcting?

It took some bending of the frame to actually fit this together by the instructions. The hardware included is all very loosely fit. Oddly, you can even see it in the product photo. Why not just use correct length bolts or a different nut to avoid such a sloppy, final product? Going to need to seek alternative hardware to even use this reel.

Bought this and the first day put together I thought it was one of the better purchases I have made. Can easily move cart in and out of my shed for safety of someone not taking it. Second time I tried to use it, it leaked so bad I could barely get water pressure to my pressure washer. The idea for this is great just need fixed so that it doesn’t leak so much so quickly after purchase.

Nice hose cart for the money. Easy to assemble. Save yourself some headache and grab a ratchet and 10mm socket when putting this together. Took me about 20 min between unboxing it and getting it done. Some reviews say that the leader hose spins with the reel and unscrews itself, mine did this a little bit I took a flat head screwdriver and pried the metal around the bearing away from the hose connection and it fixed that issue. Not the end of the world. I would recommend this product

The concept is great and I was excited to take this home. Once I added the hose to the reel, it became very heavy to maneuver. Also, the tires keep deflating so I have to keep adding air. In addition, the black tires leave black marks on my light stone patio that I have to pressure wash off. It’s just too much trouble for a hose reel. I will be returning this and buying something much simpler.
