Totally delicious sheep's milk cheese from Spain with just the right amount of slightly sharp flavor, and the price is very reasonable.

great Manchego we use it for everything since my wife is allergic to cow dairy but can have sheep and goat milk.

This is the first time to eat Cheese from sheep's milk. We really liked it. I have had goat cheese and it is way to strong. Sheep is GOOD.

This cheese used to be excellent. We just purchased three pieces of Manchego cheese this week, on Tuesday March 25. This cheese was absolutely nasty, horrible and disgusting. Sam's hired another supplier and the quality is horrible as well as the expiration date. I hope they go back to the original supplier they had for many years.

Never before I had tasted this cheese, but when I was told this is the best cheese and of course is from Spain, I decided to get it. It was so tasteful. I loved its flavor! Well, I'm gonna be buying it every time I can! I like to eat it as snack with some fruit: watermelons, or grapes, even with a cup of red wine!...Just loved it!!
