Sofa chair damaged

Our set arrived yesterday. A few hours after unpacking and assembling all the pieces, we noticed one of the sofa chairs was damaged (ratan was ripped). We had cut up the packing boxes by then to dispose them off. We now have to deal with return and replacement. What a pain!

Very pretty but damaged

Received the set, sofa was damaged in two places. The return process has been surprisingly simple so far, Sam's is shipping a whole new set. Positives so far: Its very pretty and a true chocolate brown color, as I wanted. The whicker looks like wide strips of leather, love the look. The set was completely assembled! Except the table, but it was very easy. Negatives: The cushions are like sponges, as mentioned in another review, so the covers are definitely needed.

Exceptional set

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this on display at my local Sams Club. It looks like something from Restoration Hardware. The cushions are deep and thick so the furniture is super comfortable. Highly recommend
