Our set arrived yesterday. A few hours after unpacking and assembling all the pieces, we noticed one of the sofa chairs was damaged (ratan was ripped). We had cut up the packing boxes by then to dispose them off. We now have to deal with return and replacement. What a pain!

This set was exactly what I wanted, but like half the damaged. The couch frame is bent and the foot hardware is janky. This set is too expensive to be bent and janky. If it hadn't arrived damaged I would have given it Five stars. It is nice and big with deep seats and comfy cushions. Each piece comes with a high quality cover. The resin weave is open and soft, different from other sets I considered. The shipment arrived on time and the outside boxes were not damaged. For me, this means it was probably already bent at the packing stage. That's something that could be resolved with quality control. Lastly, it would be better if the process of exchanging/returning/replacing was easier for the buyer. Most people don't have the resources to ship something this size back or even load it for a trip to the store. Damage to Couch, Missing Hardware for Table

Exactly what I was looking for. It's comfortable and great color combination

Great, sofa is super long. It wouldn't fit on the elevator in the building. Had to take it up six flights of stairs.

Easy to assemble (table), nice quality, very comfortable cushions, and the covers are an amazing bonus!

We absolutely love this set. Cushions are very comfortable and the depth is perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

Really love this set but one of the chairs came damaged. I am going to try to call to get a replacement sent. Hopefully this set holds up because it is really nice!
