I bought for our lake property, haven't had a chance to use it yet but the quality of the seating and the cushions are very nice. I am interested to see how the material of the couches and chairs hold up as it's a fake leather weave not the normal resin weave. Looks elegant!

I love this set, it's beautiful and looks amazing on our deck! However, it arrived damaged. The couch frame is bent and one of the chairs has a big rip in the arm rest. Bummer.

I bought this because I wanted a set that was already assembled as I don't want to have to screw together each piece. This DID come fully assembled in a huge box.. REALLY HUGE. The other reason I got this was because it comes with custom furniture covers. These covers are clearly listed on the packing list but were missing at the time of delivery. So now I have to deal with Member Mark services to determine how to proceed. It IS however a very nice set! I would have given it 5 stars if it was the complete set I ordered.

Like another recent reviewer mine came with a tear already in the weave. I am concerned about the ability of this thing to hold up over time now? Other then that it seems like it would be great, but it came in one giant box on a palate to the return/replacement seems like it is going to be a huge pain.

This set was exactly what I wanted, but like half the damaged. The couch frame is bent and the foot hardware is janky. This set is too expensive to be bent and janky. If it hadn't arrived damaged I would have given it Five stars. It is nice and big with deep seats and comfy cushions. Each piece comes with a high quality cover. The resin weave is open and soft, different from other sets I considered. The shipment arrived on time and the outside boxes were not damaged. For me, this means it was probably already bent at the packing stage. That's something that could be resolved with quality control. Lastly, it would be better if the process of exchanging/returning/replacing was easier for the buyer. Most people don't have the resources to ship something this size back or even load it for a trip to the store. Overall love the furniture, very comfortable. I am in need of replacement cushions for my sofa. It was really hard to originally track down the customer service number. I only found it through reading reviews. Once I called the customer service line I was told that replacement cushions are not available and my only option was to periodically check the website to see if they are listed now. Right now the sofa is a useless piece of yard garbage. I'm willing to purchase the cushions. I just need an option.

We purchased this set at Sam's club and it was packaged like nothing I have seen. Instructions would have been nice to dis assemble. We love the furniture and it is very comfortable. Cushions slip a little after sitting for a while. Couch is super long. Came with covers for protection.We would purchase again.
