This set looks as good in person as it does in the picture. I was looking for something on a larger scale than most patio sets and this group is perfect. It is lightweight but looks heavy and is sturdy. Cushions are of nice quality and comfortable, and it appears that it is going to hold up to my humid and rainy climate. I have it under a pergola. It all came in one big box and my petite daughter unpacked it, assembled the table and had it set up during a one hour period when I was away. The sofa has a defect that is noticeable but not worth the trouble to return; the lower front part of the frame bows out in about a one foot section. Looks as though a support rod was forced into place before welding. There's no fixing it, it's that sturdy. Anyway, we love it! A lot for the money spent I believe. It comes with nice covers for each piece which are described as dust covers but which are actually substantial and water resistant. It has been rained on already and has dried out nicely and quickly with no water marking.

Absolutely Love this set!! Extremely comfortable and excellent quality. I had purchased a different set from another company, and ended up returning as it was low profile and not so comfortable. I found this, took a chance based on other reviews and it is perfect. Do not hesitate to buy this. It is the perfect height for sitting and a great sofa for taking naps. Cushions are thick and seating height is perfect, I had a hip replacement and seating height is important to me. Looks just like the photos, beautiful! Restoration Hardware style at a fraction of the cost!!

So happy I made this purchase! All of the pieces (1 sofa, 2 chairs & table) came in 1 box - very heavy but it was delivered - I just unpacked the box (very well packaged). The only assembly was the table. Beautiful, comfortable and much larger than I thought. Size equal or larger than indoor living room furniture. Love, love, love.

This is a very nice deep seating set. The back support is just right. The feel of the vinyl is very soft to the touch. The cushions are medium hardness. But not to stiff or to hard. The colors are true to the pictures on Sam's web site.

The Members Mark Avalon 4-piece deep seating set- brown is a stunning set of outdoor furniture! It looks similar to sets sold on RH at Sam's Club prices! My set was delivered in perfect shape and was easily set up. It arrived with comfortable Sunbrella fabric covered cushions and accent pillows. Cocktail table assembled effortlessly and it included bonus furniture covers to help protect it during inclement weather conditions. Exceptional deep seating set! Highly recommend!

Read several reviews before buying this. Many said their sets came in damaged so I was a little concerned. But ours had no damage. I haven't put the coffee table together yet. The set arrived in one week! Knowing how long it takes to get furniture this was a plus for us. The color is really taupe not gray. Would have preferred a true gray but I added some gray stripe toss pillows & it works. Not sure about the comfort yet since it's still in garage waiting for pool area to be complete. Definitely has the RH look for much less.

Beautiful set arrived exactly as pictured. I admit I was skeptical. It was easy to unbox and setup and looks stunning for the most part. The cushions are really firm, something that our prior furniture lacked. The Sunbrella fabric was a big reason we purchased the set. I can already tell this this well outlast what we've had in the past. The only frustration is that the sofa arrived with a bend on one side, where the box was also ripped. It was very apparent that it happened in transit, probably from being pushed around in transit. Even the delivery driver had a hard time getting the box off the truck. If that happened a few times during transit, it speaks volumes to the end result. We are hopeful we can bend that piece back into a less obvious position. Sam's did offer a small refund to compensate. In the end, I don't know that it would be worth a return and the entire set is sold out anyway. So... onward. I know others have sited similar issues. I would hope that Sam's would be holding their delivery partner more accountable as it appears to be an easy fix. In the end, a comparable set with Sunbrella fabric would cost much more elsewhere. And with shortages in supplies, it's really difficult to find quality items in stock anyway. Seems that everyone is having to order to get furniture these days so I simply share all this as an FYI.

Loved the 2 chairs and was so happy until we got the couch out. It was so bent and ruined from what could've been a fork lift. Now the hassle of trying to get it picked up for return. Learned a lesson about buying online from Sam's. Don't unless you want wait 2 weeks.. the store won't let you return online orders. So frustrating!!!

Quality does seem to be great. Unfortunately, two out of the four pieces were damaged significantly. It will be eight to twelve weeks be for the manufacturer can replace it. Just in time for winter.
