The main couch came alittle bent. I'm guessing it was because it came in one giant box.

I haven't opened the box yet until next spring. Winter has come early, again.

The cushions failed within 2-3 months. I would bet the quality of the foam is about as cheep as one could get. The coat to replace these cushions is $1800so if you included the cost of the replacement cushions it's not a good deal.

Got this at the end of last season and scored a great deal on it. Only things that would make it better would be some sturdier cushions; compress after a few uses a bit but still ok. Covers could be a bit better designed to stay in place. Buckles don't work well in big gusts of wind. Other than that great set for the money.

I love this wet!! I desperately need replacement cushions for it, yet Sam's does not offer. The dimensions do not match standard replacement cushions, and my frame is still in excellent. condition. Is there a way for Sam's to help in this situation?

I love this set so much. I purchased the set from Sams Club Unfortunately It didn't have the 2 chairs, coach, or table covers. How can I get them. I need them. I saw on the box that it was included with the set.
