- 5 out of 5 stars review6/18/2020Great Pergola. Pretty solid. putting it together wasn't difficult. The provided paper instructions in my opinion was confusing but the app was excellent on instruction guidance. The slotted joist pre-drilled screw holes did not match the other predrilled holes to mount on. Some wood pieces were little warped but that's expected of wood. Overall I would recommend this Pergola. Would be nice to know what the finished sealer is so I can do some touch ups.

We then decided to mount the posts on concrete footers and then decided to place a natural stone floor to allow gas grill and furniture, etc. We are almost done but winter has slowed us until spring. Pictures attached. Very excited about completing our project.

It was quite a project - it took 4 people about 5 hours to stain it (we though stain would help protect the wood in our shore environment), and 4 people about 5.5 hours to put it together. The instructions are decent and it is not hard to assemble (other than the attaching the top rails to thee top post which was a bear). However, there are a lot of pieces, many steps, and it takes some time. We definitely needed 4 people to move it once it was assembled. We really like the finished product. The pergola creates a sense of space and makes the area under it feel like a room. The quality is good and the delivery process was flawless. We would definitely recommend this pergola.

Only complaint is the directions need to be clearer about orientation of the pieces as we put together certain sections and realized after the fact that pre drilled holes were on other sides etc. also some of the wood was warped and made it difficult to align holes at time. But all in all we’re very happy and pleased with the pergola.

Its beautiful and sturdy. It has a electrical outlet so I can plug in lights ,margarita machine... I had the company assemble it and was done within 2 hours. They were wonderful. Every day after work I spend about 3 hours there enjoying it! My only regret is not getting it SOONER! If u like it on website, you will love it in your yard. YOU WONT REGRET IT! However, we still needed that outdoor seating area, so we bought a 14x10 Cordova Gazebo also. The fit & finish are excellent, and the they offer excellent value.

The instructions in the app were clear and easy to follow. Normally when assembling things, I’ll make a mistake or two and have to disassemble and reassemble parts. This wasn’t an issue due to the interactive nature of the app. The existing finish was adequate, and I added another two coats of stain to be sure that it was protected. It’s been up for about 8 months, and it looks just as good today as it did when I assembled it. This is a good sign since the sun in Phoenix can be brutal. Of course, I can’t say how it holds up in wet environments. I’m thinking about trying to order another set of small slats for the top to increas...

Two smaller pieces of wood were slightly damaged but the company sent them straight out to us with no argument so that was good. have to say it really makes the yard look brilliant plus it came with the power unit so we can run electricity to it and from there we have things running like a small sound bar for relaxing to. Its pretty easy to put together, we found assembling the main rafters first helped as we could do it indoors, the only thing is you need two people to help put it together outside with the posts. Also like the plastic bases for the posts to sit on so the water from when it rains...
