Somewhat disappointed. It wasn’t worth what I pd for it I didn’t expect the fat on it

Terrific product. I got 6 steaks n 2 medium roasts. Meat is tender, tasty & well trimmed.

A lot of fat and the meat is fairly tough you have to tenderize it. But it works for what I want it for.

This is a very inexpensive meat so it needs to be beat, you'll definitely need a meat tenderizer and I use them for making great steak & cheese sandwiches

We recently discovered eye of round as an inexpensive, good quality cut of beef. Great for slicing for sandwiches. It isn't tenderloin but it's very lean and does have good flavor and texture.

If you shave this super thin or roast it forever its fantastic! Delish! But you can't just cook it up in minutes in a pan or on a grill and expect to chew it.

I received this and used it for canned meats. I cuts about 2 pounds of fat off it as I was cubing it up. I thought I didn't want to waste, the fat so drug out the crock pot and began to render this fat. Win/win right? Nope. Turned out this has been enhanced with something. there is a distinct smell of beef gravy, and when you pour it off the tallow floats above whatever this enhancement is. Waste of time and money.

It's a good price, but the cut had over a lb of the 10lb piece was just pure fat.
